Our house is next to the lovely beaches in Juan les Pins, 200 meters from the beaches.

The beach 2 minutes away, bakery, wine shop, delikatess shop, supermarket, bus stop ( air port bus 250/ 82 and local buses) restaurants and children playground around the corner.
For kids families there is a travelbed, high chair and toys for inside and beachtoys to use
Well working reversable aircondition / heating system in all bed rooms and living room / kitchen, as well as a soft wall to wall carpet in the hall way and the 2 bed rooms downstairs, therefore no shoes inside please.
No pets in the house or garden allowed.
