3 Bedroom child friendly house with garden, beach 200 meters

Welcome to an old charming house from 1892, filled with positive energy.

3 bedrooms and open living room, Flat screen TV, DVD, wireless internet and Provencal kitchen.

Bathroom with big bathtub.

Lovely small private child friendly garden with mandarin tree, grapes and palm tree.

Washing machine and dryer in a little shed in the garden.

Small parking spot ( max 4,5 meters) next to the house which is closed and also possibility to use the public parking 50 m from the house.

The beach 2 minutes away, bakery, wine shop, supermarket, bus stop ( air port bus 250 and local buses) and children playground around the corner.

This year 2016 we have installed a new reversible aircondition / heating system in all bed rooms and living room / kitchen, as well as a new soft wall to wall carpet in the hall way and the 2 bed rooms downstairs, therefore no shoes inside please.

Very rare house and garden!

In high season change over day is Saturday.

Max 4 adults and 2 kids staying in the house.

Our house is unique with lots of character and in an amazing location, next to the beach and around the corner everything else you will need !

Square Dulys which is around the corner offers, bakery, supermarket, wimeshop, a few restaurants and bus stop ( buses to Cannes, Nice airport, Antibes, Sophia Antipolis etc.)

What makes this house unique

The house is very rare and the garden is an oasis with mandarine tree, grapes and palm tree.

200 meters to the lovely beaches.

You will not need a car, everything is accessible by walking or taking the bus / train.

Bus stop 150 m from the house ( airport bus 250, bus to Antibes and Cannes)

Lovely house and garden

We are a family of two adults and two teenage girls who spent a lovely week in Chalet Jacques. We loved to sit in the garden to eat our meals . The house was clean and nicely furnished. It was just a very short walk to the beach, to the supermarket, to the bakery and some small restaurants. We would love to come back since we found it so great. The housekeeper has been very nice and easy to communicate with .

Adorable house

We spent a week in this absolutely adorable house together with our daughter, husband and baby boy.

It worked out so well with one bedroom well separated from the other two. That gave us all privacy in a perfect way.

Lovely to open up the house in the morning enjoying breakfast with fresh bread and croissants from the bakery just around the corner in the adorable garden. A very well equipped kitchen and a generous "use whatever there is".

Our little grandson had lots of toys both in the house and for the beach to play with, and there was a bed and chair for him as well.

The beach so close was an extra plus. Took us just a few minutes to reach, all of us ready in swimwears.

And last but not least such a good communication with Camilla, the owner.

Cosy winter in Juan les Pins

My wife and I spent two very pleasant months in Chalet Jacques last Winter. Optimally situated for both beach walks and shopping with croissants and newspaper just around the corner. And we enjoyed the cosy evenings in the company of the open fireplace.

Excellent property

Excellent character property in a very central location. Extremely family friendly. Kids loved the garden. The owner was very helpful and dealt with queries promptly. We had such a good time we have booked for next year ! Fantastic place to stay

Excellent choice!

We had a perfect stay in Camilla's very cosy house. We went their with our two sons and they adored the little boy's room and the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped such as everything else.

We had a great welcoming by Annelie and in contact with Camilla several times. They are both adorable.

We will definitely go back to this house which made us feel as we were in our own sweet home.

Perfect place for families and close to everything.

Thank you again Camilla for making us have a great and comfortable vacation.

Great holiday house in Juan Les Pins

What a lovely house and garden - we had a lovely holiday there. Juan Les Pins is really a nice place with great beach few min walk - all your recommendations were really helpful and very good and the house is in such a good location. My daughter did enjoy running around the garden as it stayed cool with the trees and she slept well so we all had a better holiday. We reluctantly left to come home as it seemed to end too quick..

The house is situated in a residential area just 200 meters from the public and private beaches. Many restaurants and local shops are available nearby and the night-life is within walking distance (5-10mins). The train station is a short 500 meters walk with easy connections to Cannes and Nice. The famous Jazz Festival takes place mid-July and the Cannes Film Festival is Mid-May. A car is not essential as everything is within a 5 minute walk. There are also frequent bus services within 100m. From the beach there are boats to Monaco, Cannes, and St Tropez. For children there is the famous Marine Land and Aqua Land in Antibes.
