Just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach (close to the Marbella Marina )OR to the fabulous Old Town. we are located next to the beautiful Alameda Park with t fountains and tiled seats just off the main street.

We are sure you will enjoy the genuine Spanish atmosphere in this corner of Marbella. Directly opposite the gates of the famous 5* EL FUERTE HOTEL. We use the same beach and you can avail of their beach bar also!

This air conditioned studio is one of only 6 on the top floor so it is quiet and peaceful.

Comprising: living area with WIFI flat screenTV and dining area, overlooking the sea. The beds are in a spacious alcove off the living area. ..drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves . The seperate fully equipped kitchen kitchen has a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge etc.

The bathroom has an extra large shower .

we supply all linens and towels ( INCLUDING beach towels)

Our local food shops are on tucked away on Orange tree lined streets scented with flowering shrubs.!

The Park on the main street with the fountains and colourful tiled seats is right beside us, Sunday afternoons very often feature local Flamenco competitions here,

The beach in front of us is sandy and you can walk all the way along it to Puerto Banus if you are feeling energetic if not just stroll to the Marina right beside us and take the hourly ferry!

Just home after staying in this beautiful little apartment and we absolutely loved it. It has been newly renovated and re-decorated to the highest standard with air-con. and has a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is compact but has everything one would need.Its location is right in the centre of Marbella only minutes from the sea front and the old town. These apartments have 24 hr reception with helpful staff especially Juan who has excellent english. We would highly recommend this little gem of a studio and we will definately be back.

Delightful apartment in perfect location

Extremely enjoyable stay. Everything on your doorstep. Old town to the left was my favourite with gorgeous boutiques and excellent restaurants. The centre of Marbella to the right. Only a few minutes to the beach.

Stunning views from the balcony of the sea, marina and the mountains.

All this and quiet apartments.

The staff at reception are the most welcoming, delightful and helpful that I have ever met.

I hope it's not too long before I return.

We just keep coming back

We have spent a few weeks about October here for a few years and keep coming back because it has everything we want for a relaxing break.

The flat itself is compact, but with more than enough space for two. The shower is big and the kitchen includes fridge, hob and microwave/oven thingy. The beds are comfy and there is a great view of the sea from the balcony or through the full length sliding glass door. There are few things nicer than leaving it open at night and falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

The flat itself is freshly decorated and always spotless on arrival.

The building has a 24 hour concierge service which is great. The guys providing the service have been there for years, are always helpful and are a great source of local information. Best of all, you never enter a dark building which is reassuring.

The nearest cafe bar is at the bottom of the stairs. Just next o the nearest restaurant. You really are spoiled for eating choices in Marbella, and with the flats great central location there must be over 100 eating and drinking places within a 10 minute radius.

That location gets even better when you realise you are 5 minutes from the beach or the old town.

Nearer home there is a great collection of local shops including Anna"s fruit shop which sells most things, and Lepanto, a great bakery that does lovely coffee and cake. Don't miss the hand made shoe shop, the dressmaker, the ham shop and more. For more mundane purchases there is a late opening supermarket at the end of the street.

My favourite bar is Jamon y Vino which is all of 2 minutes around the corner. A traditional Spanish bar serving great wine by the glass accompanied by tasty tapas. Settle down for the evening and you will discover what Spain is all about.

Slightly further afield. Well another 100 meters is the pretty little Almeda park and the Avenue Del Mar. It is really the roof of a car park, but set out with trees, fountains and a collection of ten superb Salvatore Dali sculptures (you can see one from the balcony).

If you are a foodie, there are plenty of restaurants, several with Michelin stars, nearby. But for a special treat take a trip up to the Municipal market - the Mercado - at the north west of the old town (10 minutes walk). You will find fabulous fresh meat, fish and vegetables and lots more. Even if you don't intend cooking it is worth a visit. Go before lunchtime as it closes early.

And after lunch you might try a stroll along the Paseo Maratimo, a great beach

Luxurious Bijou apartment in the heart of Marbella

Claire & I had a wonderful vacation in Old town Marbella. Our luxurious bijou apartment was absolutely fantastic from a facilities perspective in the apartment and from a location perspective in the Old town. The apartment has full facilities which allowed us to shop and live like a local. The location was superb to access all the restaurants and bars on the promenade and also the old town including the beautiful Plaza Naranja. In essence a 5*plus holiday and I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious apartment in wonderful surroundings overlooking the Mediterranean sea. This is a hidden gem and we will certainly be back.

Fabulous apartment in superb location!

This is a fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean & beautifully maintained. It has everything one could possibly want , including free wifi & Irish & UK tv channels! It is situated on the top floor of the La Torre building , which has 24 hour security , & the views from the balcony are stunning. The staff at reception are really friendly & helpful & Juan has perfect English. The location is perfect , 3 minutes from the beach, 100 yards from a supermarket , beside the Almeda park , a 5 minute walk to the Old Town , & a bus stop on the corner where you can hop on a bus to go to La Canada shopping centre, or to Puerto Banus ! It's the best place I've stayed in , in Marbella , & I look forward to many more happy holidays here.

Marbella is famous for its beautiful Old Town with narrow winding streets, designer shops, romantic restaurants and the stunning Orange Square.

We are in a fabulous location, between the old town and the sea,. La Torre de Marbella is situated directly opposite the El Fuerte hotel entrance. To the side of the Alamada Park , which fronts onto the main street Avendia Richardo Soriano ( the Park with the fountains and beautiful old tiled seats )

The beach is just 100 metres away. So we really have the best of both worlds!

As we are so close to the Marbella Marina a trip to Puerto Banus by the hourly ferry is a must! or just sit at one of the super waterside bars and restaurants and soak up the Marbella experience. Shopping is legendary! and the restaurants are to suit all tastes and pockets!
