3 Bedroom Air-conditioned Town house adjacent to Anoreta Golf

This is a tastefully decorated, air-conditioned town house ideally located in a beautifully designed complex with landscaped gardens, communal swimming pool and a paddle tennis court. The garden at the rear backs on to the driving range of Anoreta Golf. There is a secure remote control gated entrance to the complex and the house has a private driveway for 1 car.The property consists of an open plan lounge/dining room which has a full width sliding patio door that opens onto a shaded patio area for that dining al fresco experience and a private secure garden.

A large kitchen has all the mod cons and a separate utility room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms.The large master bedroom is en-suite and has french windows that opens onto the front of the house. There are 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The house is very near to Anoreta golf course, which is an excellent choices for golfers and families alike. The beach is 5 minutes drive away.

Activities, Sports, Shopping: The eastern part of the Costa del Sol has 30 kilometers of beaches stretching from Rincón de la Victoria to the boundary with Province of Granada. Torre del Mar, Torrox and Nerja have long sandy beaches, around Nerja and at Maro the cliffs form small coves. The sea is usually crystal clear In this part there is a different kind of tourist to the cosmopolitan western Costa del Sol.

Those who want to explore the villages of the Axarquía can combine sunbathing and swimming with an appetiser and the good local wine in the popular 'chiringuitos', as the beach restaurants are called here. They are right on the beach, almost at the water’s edge. There is a water parks 15 minutes away at Torre Del Mar and there are further water parks and theme parks near Malaga. Local shops nearby and large shopping centres at Velez Malaga/Torre del Mar and Rincon de la Victoria also the towns of Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga have many good shops. There are also many excellent shops at Nerja.

Golf Info : For those Golfers amongst you we have included a little bit of info. Baviera Golf Course. Opened in 2002, is located 20 mins drive from the accommodation at La Caleta de Velez in the direction towards Nerja and is open all year. This 18 hole, par 71, 5066 metres course was designed by the European tour professional José Maria Cañizares and has wide fairways and large, fast greens plus there are some cleverly placed water hazards which put this course in the moderately difficult bracket. Facilities include golf buggies, practice balls, pitch and putt, covered driving range, golf school, caddies, club rental,fully equipped club house, restaurants and a pro shop. The course enjoys magnificent views of both the sea and the mountains and is only 200 metres from the La Caleta yachting club.

Añoreta Golf Course is located 5 minutes drive from the villa This18 hole, par 72, 5673 metre course has similar facilities to Baviera

The swimming pool and tennis courts are communal details for both are available in the house. A car is required to travel to the beach, bars and restaurants in the town. Directions to the accommodation from the airport will be sent to you on receipt of your final balance. Please advise of flight details as soon as available as you will be met at the entrance to the property and taken to the accommodation and the keys handed over to you. In our family we where 5 adults and one child, we hade plenty of room. The house was clean and wellmaintained, it had all we needed, and it was nice to have the pool nearby. This year it was very hot in spain 35-45 C. The airconditioned house was very appreciated. We often drove to the beach playa Malaya, there was plent of restuarantd by the beach with nice seefood .

One evening we drove to the mountain village nearby Benalgabon, there was several restuarants but no service in the evening.

You have to have a car and drive to the beach. Unfortunately there was no restaurang nearby.

We had to drive down the village. In the village there where a lot of restuarants and a nice boardwalk.

It was easy to go to Malaga by bus about 20 -30 minutes, we parked our car by the supermarket supersol in Rincon the la Victoria, and the busstation was nearby. We also visit Tariffa, Torremolinos, Granada and Nerja, .

Excellent property

A well maintained & clean town house; including a well stocked kitchen with plenty of bedding & towels available.

Having stayed on this residence before we knew what to expect and weren't dissappointed, the added advantage this time was the pool had a lifeguard on duty, which meant our young teens were safe when using the pool without our supervision.

Rincon is an exceptionally relaxing place, pace of life is very slow and laid back, the beaches are quieter on weekdays because weekends a lot of spanish residents/holidaymakers make full use of the beaches, very entertaining!

The small shack on the beach near Antonio's beds is superb, 'Mama' cooks the best paella you will ever taste, just order when you arrive at the beach and she'll cook it fresh for you, their extensive list of fish dishes is excellent, most days we ate sardines from the bbq, whitebait and prawns.

This was our third holiday in Rincon and I'm sure it won't be our last!

Gutes Domizil mit großem Pool als Highlight

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer gepflegten Anlage. Haus in gutem Zustand, gepflegt eingerichtet. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Leute, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, stand auch bei kleineren Problemen unproblematisch zur Seite. Highlight war der gepflegte Salzwasserpool. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Domizil mit guten Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge ans Mittelmeer oder die schöne Umgebung.

Rincon de la Victoria originally a fishing village boasts a sandy beach stretching for 9km, where there are many chiringuitos (beach restaurants )and lively bars.This is a popular destination for Spaniards taking holidays and purchasing of second homes, therefore providing a real feel for traditional Spain. The location is ideal for anyone hoping for peace and tranquillity but has beaches, bars and restaurants only 15 minutes away. The beautiful 18 hole golf course of Añoreta is only a 5 minute drive away with a club house which offers an excellent menu and overlooks the golf course. The house is situated near the white village of Macharaviaya at about 1500 ft above sea level, giving panoramic views over the Mediterranean, Only 30 minutes from Malaga airport, with good direct road access to the house. There are many beautiful areas to visit . The apartment contains useful suggestions of places to visit to capture the flavour of the 'real' Spain.

Golf: This golf course is 15 minute drive from the apartment. Añoreta Golf course offers some spectacular views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Although the tree-lined fairways are wide, bunkers and water obstacles make this Añoreta a challenging course: in fact eleven holes feature water hazards. This course suits all players, demanding from the first tee but with easy-to-play fairways, fast and rolling greens, some well protected by bunkers, water obstacles on the course. All in all, a varied and pleasant round, designed by José María Cañizares. Añoreta Golf was the second golf course to be built on the East side of the Costa del Sol. When the club was opened in 1990 the course only had nine holes, but now it has 18. Its water hazards are its main feature as they from a part of eleven of the holes and surround the green on the 17th on three sides. Cañizares has designed a course which is suited to all golfers, from beginners to experienced players and pros. With a total length of 5,976 metres from the amateur tees, all the course's fairways and greens are wide. Añoreta Golf course's lush vegetation and great expanses of water enhance its natural beauty. And its long par make it necessary to use strength, precision and patience. There is a special summer offer 2-Green fees + 1 Buggie is 75-Euros. This offer is from 1st June until 30th September 2009.
