Jackpot!
Perfect home, perfect location, and perfect time of year. Watching the swans on the pond, walking the quiet neighborhood with our dog, and driving around Falmouth with no traffic we’re only a few things that made this stay idyllic. Would not hesitate coming back! Thank you! Pam and Doug

Beautiful home!
This home was the most spectacular I have ever rented. The home had every convenience one could expect. All Modern appliances and the kitchen had everything one could need,. The bathroom was incredible with a large shower. The view of the pond was the nicest feature. I just want to sit by the French doors overlooking the pond to watch the swans which swam up and down the pond! The artwork was beautiful and nicely displayed. I will definitely return!

September stay
House was perfect for us, clean and comfortable. Our two dogs were appreciative of the fenced backyard, and great neighborhood for dog walking.

About the host

Hosted by Mike and Ann Feenan

Host profile image
Ann and I are parents and grandparents who grew up in new England. We selected Falmouth because it avoids the heavy traffic of route 6, and its close to Martha's Vineyard for day excursions. We have 6 grown children, and are globe trotters
We enjoy evenings out at the dozens of opinions in Woods Hole and Falmouth. Guests sometimes take a trip to Hyannis to see the Kennedy compound or the outer cape to explore the National Seashore. Bike paths throughout Falmouth mean extended family fun up and down the coast line

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because it is waterfront, and private. We know the area and decided to purchase within a few blocks of were our family has stayed for the last 25 years. After searching, we found the perfect retreat. Large enough for 3 couples, a family or extended family, but still affordable.. We totally renovated entire home in 2021 , expanded every room, added a new kitchen and central air conditioning. As modern a home that can be found in Falmouth.
It also is on a dead end, which is safe for the children and quite for our night time cocktail on our deck. We especially enjoy watching the swans and birds that live on Little Pond.
We like to Canoe and Kayak, and with no public launch area... Little pond is used mainly by local residents, so you can paddle in peace!

What makes this property unique

ZERO traffic, quite sunrise and you can sun all day on water side deck
safe street
walk to 2 beaches Falmouth Heights Beach and Bristol Beach
5 minute drive to ALL Falmouth beaches
WALK to Martha's Vineyard ferry..no parking cost! you can bring your bike and bike the on Cape Railway, that is now a bike path or bring over on the MV ferry too!
