Excellent access to beach from this UPDATED HOME with a recently remodeled kitchen that has everything you will need! Gulf Front home with fabulous water views in our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath Town home. You are just steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Cape San Blas, which “Dr. Beach” previously chose as the “Best Beach” in the country.

Purchased by new owners in Jan. 2012. Kitchen has been remodeled with all new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops! Most of the furniture was replaced January 2012. Our home offers tile floors on the main level, updated sofa and love seat, dining room furniture, Flat Screen TV’s, mattresses, and bedding.

This home offers 1 king size master suite, 1 King size bedroom, both with a private bath and gulf side balcony. A third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. The spacious and fully stocked kitchen is a perfect place to prepare family meals that can be eaten on the large deck while watching amazing sunsets. Laundry closet is located on the 2nd floor with a full size washer and dryer.

Snow Birds! We are on the 'Sunny Side.' Enjoy long days in the sun and enjoy the beauty of the Cape.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community that has a gulf front pool, a second solar heated pool located near the 2 lighted tennis courts. There are also 3 fully stocked man made ponds, a playground located on the property, club house and a wonderful community to walk your dogs. They have pet stations conveniently located throughout the property.

Barrier Dunes is located next to St. Joseph State Park which contains over 2000 acres of pristine beaches, tropical landscapes, and nature trails. Nine miles of award-winning Gulf shoreline featuring turquoise waters, sugary white sand, and awesome dunes that rise more than 20 feet on average. You will also find a nearby golf course and other activities include biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking.

We are a dog friendly unit. 1st dog is $100 with the 2nd dog adding $50. Monthly rates are $25 per week.

Hello, we are Kelvin and Katie Brents and we live in Roswell, GA. We have two adult children and one Westie, Sam. We hope you will enjoy vacationing at CSB as much as we have the last 20 years. We have given our home at CSB the extra TLC you would give your own personal home.

Why Kate Brents chose North West Florida

We have enjoyed vacationing at CSB for over the last 20 years with our two children, family and friends. We refer to Cape San Blas as our 'Happy Place'. After spending a month at Barrier Dunes for Kelvin's 7 year sabbatical we decided it was time to take the plunge and purchase a gulf front town home. We are very excited to share our love of this beautiful area with you.

What makes this townhome unique

Our favorite thing to do at CSB is to swim, play Boccie Ball, cook family meals together and watch the amazing sunsets! I know it may sound a bit sedentary, and it is, but there are also many activities available on the Cape. With the state park just around the corner you will find fabulous fishing, boating and a great place to walk or ride on the bike trails that line the Cape.

From a recent guest...."We have rented quite a few vacation condos over the years (mostly in various parts of Florida but also in Michigan and elsewhere) and none were more comfortable or better equipped than yours. Since we ate in quite often, it was truly a pleasure to have a well-stocked kitchen and nice nonstick cookware!



Cape San Blas is absolutely beautiful. The stunning sunsets from your balconies and then later at night the spectacular starlit skies are memories we'll always treasure. CSB is also beautiful because it welcomes dogs, and being able to have our precious Lady with us made our vacation all the more enjoyable.



We believe you have the prime location in Barrier Dunes, and it was so comfortable and well- furnished that we just didn't lack for a thing! "

Perfection!!

We love staying at Kate and Kelvin's townhouse. We feel right at home and think of it as our perfect get away. This was our second year at Easy Livin and can't agree more with the name. Everything is readily available in the condo including the spectacular views and the sound of the gulf. Kate is most attentive to all details and responds immediately to any issue there may be. Truly, the only issue we had was that we had to leave!

Loved our weekend away

We loved staying in this beautiful town home right on the beach. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the updates to the interior were outstanding. Falling asleep every night to the sounds of the surf was just what we needed to unwind and relax. Our little dogs felt right at home and enjoyed their walks around the neighborhood during the day. We will definitely look to rent this place again. Thanks, Katie!

Great place for enjoying a quiet beach

We really enjoyed out stay. We were 5 adults - parents and adult children. The place offers plenty of inviting living space downstairs: we relaxed on the couches around the coffee table reading books or playing computer games, playing cards or working on puzzles on the large dining table, or watching some TV. We did not eat out - instead preparing all meals in. The house is well-stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, and spices. It did feel like a home-away-from-home.

We had several breakfasts on the deck - from which you can see and hear the ocean. We had many walks on the beach - not a lot is happening there, which is exactly what we wanted.

We would rent again - actually this is our second stay, and it was wonderful again.

Amazing beach and beautiful property!

This 3 bedroom condo has the views and the amenities. Highly recommend staying here at this property. The pictures are exactly as the property looks and the rooms were all very clean. The modern kitchen was filled with every type of glass, dish and pot you will ever need. The owners provided some spices, oils saran wrap and foil saving you from having to bring or purchase. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Having a washer and dryer was also a bonus to wash clothes. Games were provided to do at night plus wifi allowed us to use our electronic devices with no problems. The master bed was extra comfy and we had no problems sleeping at night. Additionally it was so nice to be able to bring our fur baby with us and allow him to play on the beach. We had a few questions and were able to contact the owner with no problem. We are already planning a trip for next year to go back!

This lovely, spacious home met all our needs and has wonderful beach access.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here at Cape San Blas but the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck have to be our favorites! Each evening was a glorious new experience.

All of our creature comforts were met including accommodations for our Westie Jack.

Nice condo, they thought of everything, and CSB will steal your heart!

The Brent's condo is perfect, clean, comfortable, and the best location at the end of the peninsula on Cape San Blas. You can tell this is their 2nd home and not just a rental property in the way it is furnished (great mattress on my bed!) and by how they thought of everything you might need for a beach getaway. It was so nice not to have to worry about beach chairs, umbrellas, or a cooler. The large gas grill was spotless and a nice touch - we just ran up from the beach and cooked burgers for lunch. Great views from the master bedroom balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We fell in love with CSB during our stay, such a beautiful and remote slice of Florida. No traffic on the roads or on the beaches! We easily drove to St. George Island and Apalachicola. I can't recommend this condo or this location enough. Thank you Kate for sharing your home with us for a week we'll never forget!
