About Michael and Rosario Levinsky
This is our summer haven away from the heat of Virginia Beach, VA. We love outdoor adventures like hiking, canoeing, kayaking, camping. In the winter, we go ice fishing, skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing or just sitting by the fire.

Why Michael and Rosario Levinsky chose Greenville
Michael used to come to Maine every year with his family when he was younger. He loved fishing and hiking that he found Maine to be his regular vacation spot. He rented a cabin on the other side of the lake when he found this property while biking in the area many years ago. The cabin has a very unique structure and a very welcoming feeling. And being by the water and the easy accessibility to it is the best feature of this cabin.
What makes this Cabin unique
We have the lake and the woods and serenity in this place.
This cabin is our home away from home. We are happy to share it with you. We keep it cozily cool in the summers and cozily warm in the winters. WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT SMOKING INSIDE AND WITHIN THE SURROUND OF THE CABIN. And please keep the cabin clean and neat as you found it when you entered our home. We hope your stay will be an enjoyable and memorable one.

Very comfortable and attractive location. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Was very private and removed from town, but not that far away from all the amenities of town. Would rent again for sure. Very nice location and view. Cabin was quite comfortable.
This rental property was just what we were looking for! Cozy cabin/home just minutes from Greenville
We arrived to find a wonderfully cared for cabin home covered in snow and winter wonder! The owners were as nice as could be offering use of their ornaments and lights to enhance our Christmas stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and kitchen gadgets you could need. Water pressure was very good and water was pleanty hot. Bedrooms were equally well stocked with warm fleece blankets and comforters galore! Very close to town but emulating the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. We received 12" of snow Christmas Day and were happy as could be to experience the holiday in such a picturesque setting. The wood stove kept the place pleanty cozy even while temps ranged from -5 to -18 F outside. We loved the weather station mounted outside as it provided info as to just what we were in for when heading outdoors. Very close to the trailhead for XC skiing to the AMC huts and trail network. Big Squaw ski area was about a 25 minute drive with snow on the roads. We all agreed this was one of the best winter getaways we have had and really owe it to the Levinsky family for sharing there home on Lower Wilson Pond with us. I can only imagine how beautiful this place would be in the summer.
We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. - Michael & Rosario Levinsky
Peace and Quiet - Still Talking About Our Visit!
My husband and I were recently guests at this lovely cabin! The house was well-equipped with absolutely everything we could need for our week. The rooms were good sized and very clean. We loved being able to fall asleep at night on our comfy bed and listening to the loons on the water. The hummingbirds kept us more than entertained while enjoying the deck out back. We were welcome to everything growing in the garden and to the just-picked blueberries left in the fridge for us. Spending afternoons on the water, which is a short walk down a nearby path, was so relaxing. Our host, Mike, was more than accessible thru the rental process and to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful visit and hope to be back again!
Attempt to enjoy a week of snowmobiling in Maine
Our attempt was unsuccessful due to the poor trail conditions after a warm weekend and then rain during the week. We did manage to get out on our 1st day there and did only 15 miles due to the trail conditions. There was plenty of snow in the Maine woods however warm weather caused washouts on the trails and then when it did get cold rock solid 2 foot bumps. Although we could not enjoy the snowmobiling we did enjoy a beautiful cabin on the lake. Relaxing in the cabin by the woodstove and playing games with the family. We made it out on a few local adventures to see some wildlife; bald eagle, deer, grouse, and turkeys...no moose on this trip. We also enjoyed a snowshoe adventure along the lake when the weather got cold enough. The cabin was great, clean, well stocked with dry fire wood, all cooking supplies, pots, pans, and beautiful views from the kitchen and the 2 large bedrooms upstairs. I rate a 4+ stars as the cabin was fantastic, but access to the snowmobile trail was a bit of a back road ride to the trail system and only having to deal with it one day was not a show stopper. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation cabin in the Maine woods that is not too far off the beaten path...I would highly recommend this cabin. Enjoy
Beautiful, serene stay in Greenville
Being from North Carolina and having family about an hour away in Sangerville, this cabin served as the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful, white Christmas holiday. The waterfront views are breathtaking and we saw lots of deer and moose tracks around the property - a true winter wonderland escape. The downstairs was a great space for playing games and cooking with family. A really nice fireplace and wood burning oven. The upstairs had spacious and comfortable bedrooms. We used the snow shoes and explored the area. Summer would be great for activity too! Downtown the Stress Free Moose Cafe was our favorite. Great stay!!!!
