Recommended as the best rental on the Weeki Wachee river!!!!Riverfront with deep water for swimming and kayaking!
We have a huge multilevel deck on the river with easy water access. Patio swings....lots of seating...4 kayaks plus a 17 ft canoe and paddleboard included!Gazebo with large gas grill , sink and firepit.
Large screened porch upstairs and downstairs (this is very important some times of year)
This home has 3 bedrooms with custom built cedar and cypress queen beds, and additional sleeping. air mattress. And 2 full size bathrooms .Kitchen fully equipped with cooking basics refrigerator with ice and water on the door, microwave,dishwasher,drip coffee maker with coffee provided. Washer and dryer in the river home.

Living room has lots of seating area with Tv. with a large sliding glass door to the deck with a tv also and looking out at the weeki wachee river. Large granite dining table seating of 8 .General ....free wifi ,air condition,towels/linens,initial supply of toiletries (toilet paper,papertowels,laundry detergent, and dish detergent)Ask about pets Please let us know if you have a pet ... there is a 100.00 nonrefundable pet charge... or look on site about bringing pets!! ENJOY!!

One of the Best!

One of the nicest houses on the river! You can tell that the home was recently updated, it’s beautiful on the inside. Has everything you could want. The deck is a wonderful place to early mornings. Watch manatees, and mullet passing by. Definitely will rent again. We loved the location and the home. Our host was wonderful and super responsive. Even on Thanksgiving! Thankfully! User error on our part, but she helped us to figure it out how to use the stove. Overall, an amazing stay.

Wonderful house and great location!

This is our second stay at this house! We do an annual girls’ trip on the river. This house has a lot of room with an incredible deck on a gorgeous part of the river! Summer is an amazing host! She is extremely responsive and accommodating. We will continue our yearly visits here!
