About the property

A purpose built rental in the heart of a local community.

A purpose built property, in a homage to Art Deco, located under 15 minutes inland from Alligator Pond.

A three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with one of the bedrooms set up as a twin. There is a lounge and an area for children, with a championship table foosball and n x-box 1 with giant scatter cushions. A fully equipped kitchen, leading out to a raised sun deck, with swimming pool, plunge pool and shade area. There is also a 60x40 roof terrace via a spiral staircase, with stunning views of Spur Tree Hill and the south coast.

It comfortably sleeps 6. It can sleep more, but that would mean sleeping in a bedroom on our floor, which is above the apartment.

We have a fully insured car to rent you, with or without driver and can collect from the airport.

About Leslie Longhurst

I am retired here (if I qualify) and so is my partner, Sheila. She is a fully qualified chef, and her last role was at M&S head office in the QC kitchen. I was a teacher, lastly, primary' I had a dream to design and build a house, which we are now living in.

I's been a difficult journey, but now the fruits of our labours are clear for all to see and come and enjoy.

Why Leslie Longhurst chose Jamaica

I love Art Deco, and what could be better than to see your own plan built? The area is great, and Sheila's family come from this parish, about 2 miles down the road.

Fell in love with the island 20 years ago, and despite its faults, it is a great place to visit and indeed, live.

What makes this apartment unique

The nearest place of the standard we away are offering would be Negril. Nothing I have seen at Treasure beach is as good - even villas for 6k a week.

Fantastic view of the sea, near enough to enjoy, but far enough away should bad weather set in.

Plenty of things to do no more than two hours away, though a car is a must.

Solar hot water, cable, internet, great styling and décor, swimming pool, plunge pool, and hosts that just want you to have a great time.
