About this property

Thousand Island Park - Great location

Located in the Historic District of Thousand Island Park on a double lot with parking for 2 cars. You are just a stroll away from the playground, pavilion, Wellesley Island Hotel/Pub, The Guzzle, shops and library. Thousand Island Park also offers weekly movies at the Tabernacle, organized softball, kickball and soccer games for the kids, basketball and tennis courts, sailing and kayaking lessons at the Yacht Club, story time at the library and much more. $1650 + $200 TIP Corp fee. Owner cleans and provides all linens, towels. All bedding including quilts and blankets are switched between renters. There is also plenty of sports gear for your enjoyment.

Our cottage offers flat screen SmartTV, radio, blue ray player, Wi-Fi, board games, bocce, corn hole, 2 paddle boards, red wagon to help transport gear to the swimming areas, electric golf cart available for an additional fee of $250 and much more.

Come, sit and relax on any of our three porches, one of which is screened in, and enjoy all that Thousand Island Park has to offer. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY.

Absolutely fabulous!

The cottage was adorable, very clean, outfitted inside and out with what ever a vacationing family would need. It is in an excellent location and the owner was easily accessible. My daughter, her partner, their 9 year old, 3 year old, and I thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

Wonderful cottage and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage! The cottage was impeccably clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed - bikes, water toys, etc. The best part for me was the inclusion of paper products and basic needs - paper towels, toilet paper, plastic wrap, salt/pepper, garbage bags, etc. (If you're the one packing them you know what I mean!) The nights were a bit hot (end of July) and the fans were definitely needed. It's a great location - you can even see the playground from the back porch - and central to everything. My only suggestion would be a visitor's notebook so you can leave tips for other renters. The owner was very helpful and timely in responses. We would happily rent there again!

terrific!

The cottage was charming, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Thousand Islands Park is a unique and exceptionally beautiful place. I would absolutely recommend it to others.

After years of looking for a summer home, Dave and I were drawn to the old fashioned feeling of TIP. We look forward to spending many summers here with our two daughters and creating wonderful memories!

What makes this property unique

Most cottages do not provide bed linens or towels. We also clean our own cottage making sure it's spotless on your arrival. There is also an extra gas tank for the grill should it run out during your stay. Our lot is extra wide providing plenty of room for playing games.
