About Jean Limborg

I born in Belgian Congo in 1957, did all my studies in Belgium and use to come to Cap-Ferrat every year for summer vacation to my grandparents property since 1957.

I'm designing & managing private events since 1980, horse show jumping course designer, photographer.

Jean Limborg purchased this apartment in 1946

Beaulieu Sur Mer is the main town around with all facilities (train station, main shopping, super market, etc.)

Monaco is 15 minutes driving, as well as Nice Centre.

Beautiful mountains with all snow skiing stations are 1 hour driving (Isola2000, Auron, Valberg, Valley of Beauty, etc.).

Cap Ferrat is also called 'The Pearl of French Riviera'.

Notes:
There is an elevator from garage to main villa's level for luggage & shopping only. No AC, but ceiling fans: 2 units in living room & 1 unit in each bedroom. These are perfect to keep windows open daytime while appreciating the view, and at night to feel sea breeze while hearing wave failing on the beach. Private reserved parking space in the street down below the villa. Bicycles, baby push chairs and beach accessories can be store in the garage. .

A character home with stunning views in a fabulous location

I don't think we have ever experienced such stunning views from almost every window of a property before! The views overlook two lovely beaches as well as a number of amazing properties on the most sought after area of Cap Ferrat. A charming apartment and beautifully kept garden and outside terrace.Johnny was both a charming, entertaining and helpful owner. The apartment was very well equipped for our requirements and the allocated parking space outside of the house was a definite bonus during a busy August week. We will definitely return and were very sad to leave!

Charming Top Floor Villa with Breathtaking Water Views and the BEST location in the South of France

We've been to the South of France several times and have stayed in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Ville Franche Sur Mer and Beaulieu Sur Mer. I have never seen a property of this quality and location for rent. Absolutely amazing. The owner's remarks are exactly as presented. From the moment we arrived Jean (the owner) was helpful and provided us excellent recommendations of places to eat. We also like to cook and the kitchen and formal dining room were well stocked to prepare our evening meal. The beds were extremely comfortable and towels and linens were like new. He even provides beach towels! This property includes a clothes washer and dryer which is rare. The flowers surrounding this villa are beautiful and the setting and ambiance couldn't be more relaxing. Staying here is very special and you won't be disappointed.

Very Beautiful - Very Satisfied!

This property is superb and is exactly as advertised by the Owner. The apartment has incredible views of the sea, is located in a very peaceful part of the cape and is within walking distance to 3 great pebbled beaches and only a 5 minute walk to the center where there are plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from.

If you are looking for a truly peaceful getaway on the sea, very reasonably priced for the area, then you should absolutely not pass on this property! Lastly, the owner is very nice and helpful.

PARADISE/ September 2010

Me and my wife had been to St Jean Cap Ferrat many times before, but never stayed in a "cooler" meaning nice place as this. The contact with the Property owner Mr. Limborg, was already from the start (over phone and E-mail) very good, and he made you feel welcome, even before you were there. Once we arrived, we could say that the first impression was right. Mr. Limborg, is there if needed, but very discreet.

The Apartment, has stunning views, (actually almost better than the photos), it's clean, has a great kitchen (we only went out 3 times of 11), and laying in bed, you could hear the sound of the sea !!. You have 2 great beaches within 3- 5 min walk ("Fosset" and "Paloma") As Mr. Limborg said when we arrived "Welcome to Paradise", and that is certainly true !! We can really recommend this apparent, and are definitely coming back next year !!
