This pretty condo on the water in the condominium that has a private beach is what visiting Tahoe is all about. If you are dreaming of sipping your favorite drink sitting on your lakefront deck or shared private beach watching the sunrise or set over the Sierras, you can do it here. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo has 2 master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bath plus a third bedroom and bath for extra guests. Any day of the week or month of the year, your beach is free and easy. You are just minutes away from taking off for a morning kayak or paddle board excursion. This modern condominium is bright and cheerful with light wood cabinetry, open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and large windows letting the sierra sunshine in all day. This vacation condo is just the right size for a small family escape or a couple in search of a romantic getaway.

Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

Can't Wait to Return

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place! Great view, Great deck, Great location, Great parking, Great beds, Great towels. The only thing missing was a few paddle boards or kayaks.

Annual Tahoe Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All four of us were bitten by fleas or bedbugs. I did find a live flea in a blanket that I was using while having my morning coffee in the living area. We were also denied vechicle access to the property due to trees being cut. We were told to leave our vehicles on the road and walk in. We were returning from a long bike ride and trip to the grocery store. No way were we going to leave $10k worth of bikes up on the road. We rode bikes down and then make additional trips to get our groceries and other items down to the lower condo parking lot. We had NO advance notice we would not have access. Wednesday am we got a knock at the door that we had 10 minutes to move vehicles again back up to Lakeshore Blvd. One person was on a conference business call that was definitely going to last more than 10 minutes. Not a good experience. Other than those items we love the view and weather. Would we return? Maybe.

On the Lake

Beautiful view. A neighboring balcony is a bit close, if the people staying there are outside. The carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned, very light color. Plenty of plates, glasses, etc. available. A bit dated décor. Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. This one is all about the view, though.

Anniversary getaway

This place was just as advertised. Beautiful views and quiet location. It was a little bigger than what we needed for the two of us, but the view made our weekend!!!!
