Great Home

This pool house works well, UPCC has an excellent golf course. The best part is Lana Murphy (the manager) who handled all issues. Hurricane Ian preceded our stay by a few days and Lana’s communication and help made for a great stay. The homes location relative to restaurants and all amenities (including an urgent care center) is exceptionally convenient.

Beautiful location

Nice home and in a good location. Beds and living room very comfy. Pool and hottub were a bonus. Host was very good at communicating when a couple things did pop up.

Great Location everything you could need vlse by

My husband son and I stayed in this home for a month. Check in and communication was easy. The property Manager was available anytime. They also have a neighbor near by to help with any maintenance concerns. Although the home could use some updating, It was roomy and had everything you would need.. the kitchen cabinets were full, their were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows.. the homes location is fantastic for restaurants, shopping,. It had easy access to Sarasota airport and they highway. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. A gym, golf course and lots of lakes and nature are in the neighborhood as well as a nice pool thats very quiet with a kovely view right around the corner.

A lovely, tropical home-away-from-home

We stayed at this home for the entire summer. We took a big chance for a life change and sold our home in our northern home state, put our belongings in storage, and came here to find our forever home near family. We felt very lucky we chose this place for our stay during this time. The pool is so lovely and brought much peace and enjoyment - very secluded, quiet and private. The house is roomy and has most anything you could possibly need, and the neighborhood is one of the best places you could choose in the area - outstanding. The property manager is easy to work with, and there's a wonderful gentleman located close by that will remedy any issues that may come up. Excellent walking with all the sidewalks; dog and people friendly neighborhood. It's a very nice place to stay in a lovely location.
