A spacious house on a corner lot, with a wrap around porch and several entertaining spaces, including a living room with fireplace, formal dining room, and a garden with flowers you can cut for the table. There is a cook's kitchen, old fashioned pantry, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a library/TV den with a pull out couch bed, a separate office, and three full bathrooms. We are on a quiet, gracious street just 4 blocks from the buzz of Warren Street shops and restaurants. There is easy access to the train station. This is our home, so it is filled with things we love: antiques, paintings, nice china and table settings, music and lots of cooking aids, including herbs in the garden and we are a short couple of blocks from the Saturday Farmers' Market.

Beautiful home, lovingly decorated
This is a gorgeous home that is specious and beautifully decorated. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. I stayed here with three friends as we were in town for a wedding. Morag's home was the perfect base for us for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and very kindly adjusted check-in time when our group hit some bad traffic and were running late. I would absolutely recommend this home to others.
Perfect for us!
My two sisters and I wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy each other's
company for a few days. This beautiful Hudson home fit all of our needs perfectly,
we were especially pleased that there were three full baths! The owner went out
of her way to make our stay a pleasant one which we greatly appreciated. The walk
into town is an easy one but quite often, we were content to sit on the beautiful front porch to enjoy the evening or morning breeze. Should we decide to have another girls' weekend, we would definitely look into renting this home again.
Perfect place for wedding weekend in the Catskills
We had a delightful stay at Morag and Michael’s home during Labor Day weekend 2019. They met us upon arrival and gave us the tour and recommended several eateries in downtown Hudson. The house features beautiful wood furnishings and antique items and is very spacious. We spent our mornings on the wrap around porch or in the garden room enjoying our coffee. The kitchen was large and had everything I needed to host a family brunch. The bedrooms were roomy and having three full baths was a bonus as we scurried about to get ready for a family wedding. Air conditioning units are in all bedrooms and upstairs library. Downstairs stays cool with the use of fans. I would stay here again.
Beautiful and charming house.
Great property. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. I wouldn’t change a thing.
Stayed here with several friends and had a lovely time. House is as advertised, clean and homey. Only concern was that after requesting to book I was told that there was an additional cost for the third bedroom ($75/night) even though it was advertised as 3 bedrooms for the listed price.
Morag was very welcoming when we arrived and was there to greet us despite our delays due to traffic.
We were a family group of 6 adults (3 couples). We rented the study area, with a pull-out sofa bed, in addition to the 2 bedrooms.
This is a nicely updated older home. There is much original wood work and high ceilings. It is very comfortably and tastefully furnished with a very complete kitchen and a wonderful wrap around porch. We liked the location which was very quiet and away from the commercial district, yet just a minute away (by car) from the main drag. We appreciated the room A/C units in the bedrooms at night as it was warm and humid during our stay.
Morag was a wonderful host, who showed us around when we arrived and answered all our questions but was not intrusive. We also appreciated the bottle of wine that she left for us!
