Nice clean unit, but dated. Great view and close to the beach and airport. If you're old and with heavy bags the third floor is a haul as there are no elevators, so plan accordingly

This one bedroom condo is purely amazing! To boost, it has an awesome location on the island!!! It is close to some walkable shops and restaurants, very close driving distance to Lydgate playground, a waterfall and many other close towns such as Kapaa. The condo also has everything you need inside including air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a pac n play, and swimming items such as boogie boards and ice chests! The view from this third floor condo is breathtaking!!! The lanai has a table and chairs which we spent countless hours enjoying! The owner is very responsive and I have nothing but awesome memories from this trip! I highly recommend this condo!
We did exhaustive research looking for a great place to stay and we probably came close to looking (online) at EVERY condo on the island that was available during this time. And this was the one we chose (#309). The view off the balcony was the main reason, and we never got tired of it. Sunrises at this time of the year were just off to the left, so you had to lean out a bit to see it - alternatively the view from the lawn downstairs was absolutely stunning. Worth getting up for. Every day. The beach itself (not even a 5 minute walk) was pretty quiet even on weekends, and on days the water was rough there were surfers out there, for entertainment. The apartment itself was well-equipped - the owners provide pretty much anything anyone could ever need. Yes the decor is a little kitschy and the furniture has a few knocks and dings, but we've stayed in numerous condos on all the main islands over the years, and this is actually one of the better ones in this regard. If you want spotless brand new furniture you're going to be paying a lot more, at a place much less nice than this. The bed in particular was ridiculously comfortable. We spent a week here in early September and never needed to use the AC - the fans were all we needed. Never had any noise problems, which others have reported in other apartments here. This unit is great because it's the furthest away from the street, and there's nobody walking around upstairs either. Noise won't be a concern in this unit. Only problem we had (intermittent WiFi outages) and we called the owner, who immediately called the Cable company, who did something at their end, and the problem was fixed. Great responsiveness. There's a GREAT pool here too, and two really good bakeries just steps away for coffee and muffins in the morning while watching the sunrise. I have mixed feelings about posting this review, because now EVERYONE'S going to want to stay here, and we won't be able to get back in next time we come.
