About Tzippi Zach

We had lived in our Palo Alto home for 14 years with our two kids and two dogs. Now that we are empty nesters (our son graduated from college and works in Silicon Valley; our daughter has just graduated and moved to Los Angeles), we feel that the home is too big for just the two of us. So, we recently moved to a small condo in San Francisco, and enjoy city life. We love our family home and want our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable.

Tzippi Zach purchased this house in 2002

Very nice home

  • 5 of 5

Very well kept home. It was great for the four of us attending a conference in San Francisco.

4 golfing lads

  • 5 of 5

The location of this property was perfect for our daily golf games between the Lake Merced area of San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Very easy access to freeways, the house is located in a great neighborhood close to cafes, restaurants, grocery, and most importantly ... a very nice specialty wine store. Kitchen is very well equipped, the four beds comfortable. Overall the house was very clean and well presented. The only tiny negative is the lack of cable TV channels for avid sports fans. The quality of the rest of the property more than makes up for this minor inconvenience.

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Tucked away from the main drag, this house is a quiet oasis with all the amenities you need, including a large deck, fully appointed kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, and a binder with helpful information. It is about 3 miles from the Stanford campus and across the street from a liquor store, cafe, and coffee shop and only a short walk from a grocery store. Although perfect for one couple or a family, the second bedroom in the back with a queen bed and no closet is not ideal for a second couple.

Modern open Kitchen

  • 4 of 5

We had a family wedding with multiple family members coming from various locations, so we needed a home base. This was a nice solution for us. However, the sleeping arrangements required some creative thinking because 2 rooms only came with a single twin bed rather than the expected queen given the posting of "sleeps 8". The owners were very flexible with the arrangements and were eager to make things work for us.

I confess that i fell in love with the picture of the "hidden gem" backyard, but it was not usable since it had berries and other debris on the furniture and grill. We spent most of our time around the kitchen table, so this wasn't enough to detract from our stay.

Wonderful house in a perfect location

  • 5 of 5

This is a really wonderful house in an amazing location in the heart of Palo Alto. The location was super convenient for visiting Stanford and working near Mountain View. The house has everything our family needed, with lots of space to hang out both inside and outdoors. Great coffee shops and a supermarket are close by within walking distance. Would be delighted to stay here again.

This is a lovely home with everything you need. Plenty of space.

We did feel the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. All other beds were fine. Nice location near stores and coffee shops.
