Beautiful penthouse apartment with lift and outside dining area in Villamartin. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is furnished to a high standard. There is a sofabed in the lounge area which can be utilised as a double bed if required. A community pool is close by and there are good parking facilities. A short walk away is the Villamartin Plaza with many bars and restuarants, a supermarket and several banks. The beaches are a short car journey away at La Zenia, Campoamor, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima. There is a regular bus service. There are 3 good golf courses within 10 minutes at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Access to this part of the Costa Blanca South can be reached from the airport at Alicante (30 minutes) or Murcia (15 Minutes). For those who like to shop on holiday there 3 large cities within 30 minutes, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena, where you will find a wonderful selection of fashion and other shops. One of Spain's largest shopping centres is 2Km away at Zenia boulevard. The traditional town of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes away with many facilities and fiestas.

The apartment is top floor with excellent views and has lift access to the ground floor and basement garage. There is a beautiful roof terrace which is ideal for sunbathing with sun loungers provided in the apartment. A garage space can be made available if required.

Very light & airy spacious apartment which is close by to most of the amenities which is about a 15 mins walk to the plaza where the main restaurants and bars are with nightlife and entertainment.

Adjacent to the Plaza is Villamartin golf club which has hosted the Spanish open. A new bus service connects to Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, La Zenia beach and Playa Flamenca beach. One of Europe's largest shopping centres is located at La Zenia.
