2 bed townhouse with sea views of ponta preta beach!

A beautiful townhouse situated on the Vila Verde Resort. This 2 bedroom / 3 bathroom accommodation is a short distance away from the stunning & famous Ponta Preta Beach on the Island of Sal. The resort itself is relatively private and is surrounded by botanical gardens.

Large roof terrace with sea views.

Fitted with full air conditioning, safety deposit box and washing machine.

Comprising of a king size master bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. Please note both bathrooms have a bath tub.

Lounge area features a dining table, sofa bed sleeping an additional 2 guests, TV and patio doors leading to a garden area with outdoor dining furniture.

Self catering with a fully fitted kitchen including all cooking and dining appliances such as a microwave, oven with electric hob, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle and crockery.

Additional facilities include a clothes dryer, iron and board and a BBQ. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request, subject to availability.

The townhouse is situated within a few minutes walk to the tennis courts and supermarket. There is a bus stop outside the property that provides a free bus service running daily taking guests to Ponta Preta Beach and into Santa Maria Town Centre.

The resort includes at present a 24-hour reception area, restaurants, sports bar, bakery, ice cream parlor, pool bar, several swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and gardens. There are plans to add a nightclub, additional restaurants, spa, café’s and bars as well as other commercial businesses.

24 hour emergency assistance. A member of our team will check you in at the property or reception and hand over keys.

The Neighborhood:

Santa Maria itself has developed in a lively way. It has a charming local Creole feel with many shops, bars and cuisines such as Tapas, Italian and local food. 


Visit the pier and watch the locals catch their daily fish. Fresh fish can also be purchased here.


We work closely with activity reps who can arrange all excursions, water sports and activities at competitive rates. 


Activities include horse riding, kite and wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing and boat trips.


A Padi Diving Certificate can be obtained in 4 days through qualified instructors. 

Getting Around:

A car is not necessary. However, if you would like to venture around the Island, we can help with arranging self drive car hire and / or provide reliable taxi driver numbers. Santa Maria Town Centre is a 5 minute drive away from the Resort and has a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Taxi's to the centre of town are very cheap (currently €3 daytime and €4 night) you can ask reception to book or alternatively we can provide you with reliable driver numbers.
