We had a fabulous time in Seaside and staying at Amazing Grace. This house is beautiful and is conveniently located next to the square and close to the beach.
Amazing!
Amazing Grace continues to be our favorite place to return to each year. The home is well furnished and well kept. The four outdoor porches provide room for everyone to have their own space. We especially love to watch the sunset and star gaze from the top porch! Just a block from the beach and the shops and a short walk to pool, the location is perfect. Amazing Grace will not disappoint!

Amazing Grace is a GREAT choice when visiting Seaside. It's only one house back from 30A which basically means that it's a short little jaunt across the street to the beach. It's also pretty darn close to the center of town so it's easy to enjoy all the amenities that Seaside offers. You can see the ocean from both the 2nd floor back porch and the tower. The house is renovated and has very comfy beds! My favorite thing though is probably the porches. So perfect for coffee and cocktails and the tower porch is fabulous to enjoy the sunset from. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a Story Book Christmas staying in Seaside at this beautiful large cottage called Amazing Grace!! We walked everywhere and enjoyed all the local shops and specialty stores which are filled with warm Southern Hospitality!!
As an Interior Designer, I loved the furnishings and architectural detailing to this cottage especially the 4 spacious porches, comfortable furniture and cozy couches and rocking chairs!
Bravo to the homeowners! We will rent this property again!! Thank you for sharing such a special place!!

July 4th Week 2013
We have vacationed many times in Seaside, we love it here. Amazing Grace is a fantastic house for us. Close to the beach and downtown! We have enjoyed the Amazing Grace's porches so much this trip... especially since it has rained several days this week. Sandpiper is a great company to work with. All our needs were met. We also like working with Big Fish Bike rentals... great bikes, always here waiting for us when we arrive.
We are already planning our Seaside vacation for next year!
