About the property

Super apartment very near to Los Gigantes village and all amenities.

The apartment is ideal for two people or family of four. Recently renovated it has all amenities close by. Large main bedroom and recently renovated bathroom.

It is in a small complex with free garden/pool area and secure parking facilities.

It is on the top floor with 5 steps from the garage/pool area. Includes tinted double glazed windows, and ceiling fans. Fiber optic WiFi with UK television BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5.

The kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, fridge and is well equiped with cooking utensils/crockery/cutlery. A large terrace with table with seating for six.

Washing machine in terrace cupboard.

Large main bedroom with king size double bed, large wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.

Second bedroom has large, substantial 6 foot bunk beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The recently renovated bathroom has a large shower no bath. The lounge has comfortable chair and 3 seater settee. Table and chairs.

Generous amount of linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided, also hair dryer. Views are to the peaceful and attractive garden/ pool.

There are no ties, obligations to a third party, banks or mortgages.

This apartment was purchased some 10 years ago and recently renovated. From time to time members of our family still holiday there. The location is excellent for families and those wishing to expolore the island. The apartment is well equiped and car parking and the pools are free to use.

The apartment and complex is maintained by our agents and we provide customers with their telephone numbers to contact them if there are any problems.

About Zoe

We initially purchased the apartmentfor our holiday home and our family still holiday there. This location is superb, just on the outskirts of the hub of this village and is ideal for those who want a base to explore Tenerife, a just to relax and spend time away.

We pay Spanish tax. There are no banks or mortgages involved, all have public liability insurance and cleaned/looked after and maintained by a couple we have known for many years. We live in a village in Cheshire UK but spend a great deal of time in Tenerife as we have family living there. We are both semi retired and have family in the UK. We have both been involved in the motor trade for many years and are comnsultants to property developers. Neither of us want to give up work completely.

Why Zoe chose Acantilados de los Gigantes

So convenient. The apartment is located just at the entrance to the village of Los Gigantes. Everywhere is withing walking distance, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pools, beach, harbour, tennis and the local 'bus stop which services the whole of the island. The apartment is well equiped and is a sensible rental price and is very good value. The use of the 2 pools and the garden area and car parking are free to use.

The unique benefits are location and nearby facilities, use of pools and car parking and 'bus stop just up the road.

Phil and Claire - stayed for the second time and were not dissapointed. Pool and garden were excellent and parking is so convenient. The apartment is very comfy with a nice terrace, recently installed ceiling fans are a great benefit. We have suggested our daughter and two grandchildren try for next summer as everywhere is so convenient and the pool superb.

The property is at the end of the top floor but only has 5 steps to access the front door. The terrace overlooks the pool/ garden and parking area. The pool does not get busy or noisy as many of the apartment are occupied by long term residents. Washing machine is located in a cupboard on the terrace. The terrace is a good size leading off from the lounge area. Flat screen TV/DVD with the SKY family pack has numerous amount of channels. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but is OK on the terrace.

Fabulous holiday.

We had a terrific holiday. The children throughly enjoyed the garden area and pool and we could see them play from the terrace. The apartment was clean, well equiped and there was plenty of linen and towels provided.

We had relatives staying elsewhere in Tenerife who visited us for a day and we all agreed that Los Gigantes is a superb place to holiday for both family and for couple wanting a base to tour the island. The bus service from Los Gigantes is excellent. The location of the apartment is ideal for all ammenities and the apatment is as described in the HomeAway advert.

Owner very helpfull and available with all queries including transfers and car hire. Car parking in the complex is very usefull.

We are definitly going to stay in this apartment again and so are our relatives who want to go sightseeing. Excellent

It is important that holiday makers "get what it says on the tin" regarding their accommodation as every holiday is something one looks forward to so much. Los Gigantes village is a long standing favourite place for British folk and caters for them superbly. The apartment is located on the permimiter of the 'hub' and is therefore so very convenient for everything. The community gardener keeps the garden and pool area to the pool in tip top condition as well as the paths and staircases. Best wishes to all our clients, Zoe

Wij hebben hier met ons gezin een topvakantie gehad. Leuk appartement, heerlijk tuin met zwembad, knus.

In de buurt van alle winkeltjes en restaurants van Los Gigantes.

Prima uitvalbasis voor mooie tripjes naar El Teide, Loro Parque, dolfijnen en walvissen spotten, Siam Park en nog veel meer!

Een vakantie voor relaxen en toch wat doen!

In the south of Tenerife, this apartment is located on the perimeter of the village of Los Gigantes, Tenerife south, within easy access and walking to all amenities. Very close by is the Tipsy Terrace Leisure centre, with 3 tennis courts, pool and crazy golf. Across the road is the Harbour Club and Wine Bar. Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, beach and harbour. Numerous boat trips are available for dolphin and whale watching, also fishing and scuba diving with lessons available. With or without a car all ammenities are to hand.

The Oasis pool/ restuarant is open daily with bowling green and tennis. and the Lido is also available for bathing. Plenty of shops, all within easy walking distance. The Island bus service stop is 150 meters away. Please see FURTHER DETAILS for owner assurances.

Other Activities: Tennis lessons at local tennis centre and crazy golf. Deep sea diving and scuba lessons

Golf: The nearest golf course is Adeje Golf, which is approx 25 kilometeres away. There is one 18 hole A/B, and a 9 hole courses C.

Course C is the Los Lagos course, play for 9 holes or play twice. The A & B course has hosted the Ladies Spanish Open.


There is a reasonable restaurant/bar at the excellent club house.

More expensive is the golf course at the Abama Spa Hotel this is 15 - 20 kilometers away, and is a very challenging course. Not for beginners!


To arrange any whale/dolphin sightseeing trips please go down towards the harbour or ask at the shop in the square by the Church. The same applies for fishing, scuba and deepsea diving.
