Fantastic summer holiday rental 2 bed apartment. Perfect for a romantic break or complete family holiday. Situated in a quiet condominium of 30 units with 2 pools, (1 kids) & full size tennis court. Situated on the 1st floor of a 2 storey block of 8 apartments, nearest the pool with 3 balconies. Open-plan lounge/dining room has a flat screen LCD TV,with free view and English tv channels. leather corner sofa & 6 seat dining suite. Master bedroom has 2 large single beds, en-suite bathroom consists of Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink & bidet. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Situated adjacent is a shower room with sink & toilet. there's an iron and board,Hair dryer for your use . Kitchen is separate from the living area with all mod cons including microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, hob & dishwasher. The apartment is air-conditioned except for the kitchen and bathrooms. Electronic blinds are fitted to all windows. Sun beds are provided for your personal use at the pool.Tennis rackets are provided. Theres also wifi in the apartment.

We have a nice friendly guy who can if needed meet you at the apartment to show you the ropes, for example the electric shutters and air con. He will also do Airport transfers and small taxi trips to local amenities and will give you help or advice on the area.

This area is famous for its sandy beach that stretches for mile and miles. It is well suited for those who require peace and quiet, but also for those who do not want to be far from the action, Albufeira Old Town is a ten minute walk away, so is ideal for those traveling with teenagers in tow or for night life! And with local shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance a car is not essential if you prefer not to have to drive while on holiday, although we always suggest to get the most from your Algarve holiday, hiring a car is wise. Around the apartment you will find various restaurants and a supermarket is within a 5 minute walk. Although you have a very large pool, the beautiful beaches of Albufeira are 15 minutes walk away, and these have to be amongst the best in the Algarve. The apartment is well fitted out and has a lounge/dining area, although most of the year sitting outside on the balcony and eating alfresco is normal.

Hi my wife and I are in our 40s we are from a small town called Heywood in Lancashire where we have lived most of our lives.We have one Daughter Frankie who has just turned 13.We love Holidays and believe that it should be a fantastic experience every time you go away.We have travelled the world but love Portugal better than anywhere as it has truly fantastic beaches,Towns and night is such a short distance away.

WE have been coming to Portugal on and off for the past 20 years and have got to know the area very well.After deciding that we were going to buy a place we knew which location would suite a number of needs so it didn't take long to find our beautiful Apartment that ticked all the boxes.We then began to furnish it to a very high standard,almost getting carried away and probably spending far too much.

What makes this apartment unique

we chose the property for location, and we could see the attention to detail that the builder had made, from the beautiful internal doors to the moulded cornice work. even installing a sound system for each room. Every thing was well thought out.

Lovely apartment, complex and location

We stayed in this apartment August 2014 and really enjoyed it. The apartment itself is perfect, very well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was also very well cleaned on our arrival and the ‘meet and greet’ with an explanation of how everything works was a nice touch. We felt very secure here with the shutter blinds on the windows and the security of the front door, in what is essentially a quiet and private complex.

The apartment itself is on a small complex which is very well maintained. The pool and pool area were always clean, and the apartment having its own loungers and parasol was ideal. We always managed to get a space around by the pool regardless of the time of day we arrived. Whilst it was quiet, it always seemed busy enough for our daughter to find someone her age to play with.

The location itself is also great, about 15-20 minutes walk (or 5 euro in a taxi) from the old town and beach. This makes it close enough to go in to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Local facilities are good, there is a small bar/restaurant (farm village) at the front of the complex which is run by a lovely Portuguese family serving snacks, drinks and main meals. This is ideal for lunch during the day or dinner in the evenings when you don’t want to cook yourself or venture in the town. There is also a reasonable sized supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Dealing with the apartment owner (Michael) was a pleasure, and everything went smoothly. We would recommend this apartment and location to anyone and will certainly be returning.

Great apartment and complex

Great modern apartment and complex. Plenty of space, separate kitchen, air-con, big pool and kids pool. Owners communication is excellent and would recommend Rob for airport transfers. Restaurant/bar and coffee shop at complex. 15 min stroll to old town. Lidl close buy for all the food and drink you need for apartment. Zoomarine worth a visit for kids and adults. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

fantastic stress free accomodation!!

what an excellent apartment this is, really well fitted out,spotlessly clean and with all the amenities(and more) of home. own loungers at a never too busy pool area great idea,tv if the sun gets too hot,1st class kitchen/batroom facilities,plenty of room for 4/5 people. we really enjoyed both the farm village and a coichera restaurants, both 2 mins walk.also, castello do mar, a short taxi ride away. old town 15mins easy walk, v good choice of bars/nightlife,good supermarket 5 mins walk or lidl/aldi about 20mins. in summary we had an excellent relaxing break and would recommend this apartment and the owners to anyone.

We had a fantastic holiday.The apartment was lovely,modern and clean,definately home from home.Our son who is 15 and our daughter 21,had a great time and cant wait to go back next year as do my wife and I.Having allocated sun loungers is brilliant,the pool area was lovely and never over crowded.A taxi ride into the old town was only 4 euros,where there is loads of places to eat and drink and entertainment.Overall fantastic holiday and will definately be going back.

Hitting the apartment jackpot!

Well I did say we’d be back on our last review (May 2011) and come back we certainly did.

Booking with Mike was again very easy and once again he helped with the arranging of our Taxi pickups both ways. A top guy called Kevin did the honours and once again we were able to pick up valuable knowledge whilst chatting in the taxi.

Once again we had a fantastic time and the apartment was faultless just like last time. Very clean, tidy, and airy and once again we didn’t need to use the Air Con. We also forgot just how big the apartment is and how relaxing it was sitting out on the balcony with a cool beer!

The pool and pool area are exceptional but also very quiet, and as other people have mentioned you also have your own dedicated sun loungers. There is also a Tennis court which you can get to down the steps in the far corner of the pool area.

Eating out was again a joy and we returned to ‘Casa Da Fonte’ and ‘Ricardo’s Pizza’ and also the ‘Taj Mahal’ which were just as good as we remembered them!

Likewise the buzz of the Old Town was still there, especially in the evenings with people sat outside the bars and restaurants having a great time.

We will certainly be coming back once again!

A walk in the park

Very enjoyable from start to finish. Apartment clean with all mod cons. Pool never too busy and had our own allocated lioungers. Very pleasent walk into Albufeira and about €4 by taxi. Local supermarket within walking distance but a bit expensive. Lidl a taxi ride away. The family run restaurant at the entrance to Farm Village is excellent with an extensive wine selection. Would defo come back. Our two teanagers loved the buzz of Albufeira at night and yet the farm Village complex is very quite and secure to return to for a good nights sleep or to lounge about in during the day.

This 2 bed apartment is situated in a prime location of Albufeira Town. Perfect for those looking for a pool or beach holiday just 20 minutes walk from the Fishermans Beach. Albufeira has many idyllic beaches a short drive away. A 10 minute drive takes you to the Salgados Golf Course. Set in a quite location, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat but is within easy reach of Albufeira Town, for a choice of great restaurants and nightlife. Circuit buses run around Albufeira every half hour if you prefer not to drive, or take the train where you can hop on and off along your journey. A wide selection of shops is just a short walk away including an authentic Portuguese restaurant, pastelaria and supermarket. The old town of Albufeira is a 15 minute walk where you will find street entertainment, bars and restaurants to suit everyone. The area has recently been renovated and now has a fantastic cosmopolitan feel. 3 water parks and Zoo Marine Animal Park are within a 15 to 30 minute drive.
