The game room includes a pool-table, ping pong, air hockey and a dart board. At the end of your day rest or read a book on one of the two comfy queen beds. Pleasant stay

  • 4 of 5

The cabin was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary things needed to cook, etc. The glass stove top did have a crack in it though that caused some flames when cooking meat but other than that everything worked great!

I might recommend a larger TV for the living room and a larger pool table for the pool sharks to use that may stay there but it was a nice visit and very relaxing.

Great Cabin; Poor management; Be prepared to pay extra

  • 2 of 5

This is a cute, well set up cabin. The spaces are great. Unfortunately, we did have two issues that will keep us from ever renting from any property managed by this company again. 1. We travel a lot and often pack a lot into a travel day. But for this weekend we just wanted a quiet retreat close to home. As such, I emailed and left a phone message requesting to discuss a possible late check out on Sunday. I did not get a response to either, but instead got an automated email with a copy of the rental agreement. 2. The management had no problem personally calling me the afternoon we checked out to say that they would not even try to clean one washcloth and towel used to wash our faces and dry our bodies and demanded additional payment. When I called later in the week, they confirmed that they were certain the white linens could not have been cleaned (even though countless professionals in the service industry use white linens BECAUSE they can be cleaned) and insisted that I pay to replace them. The management further chastised me for all of the horrible renters who use rental linens to clean their shoes or the tires on their car (we did not and would not do such a thing). I have used VRBO for many great vacations and getaways and want to stay in good standing, so I paid up. We will continue to use VRBO and will probably get away to our beautiful Smoky Mountain backyard again, but we will make sure not to rent through this management company ever. This is a really cute cabin, but, bring your own towels or be prepared to pay. Also, extra towels are not provided for the hot tub, which is lovely. But then if the towel I used for the hot tub had accidentally gotten stepped on while out on the deck, I would have had to pay for that too. Best to just bring your own linens if you want to enjoy this place.

Owner's Response: Tina, thank you for taking time to leave this feedback. I greatly appreciated it. Without question, we do not want an issue over a towel or two to affect the quality of your stay. We did not handle this appropriately. We will be crediting you back for these extra charges. It is our hope that you will offer us another opportunity to serve you at your next trip to the Smokies.

Love!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a group of 4 and this house offered plenty of space for all of us plus more! Love the location! Close enough to pigeon forge and gatlinburg without all the hustle bustle! Peaceful and tranquil! Will definitely be back! Only thing I would like changed is something with the driveway and parking. Other than that no complaints.

Amazing quiet cabin!!!

  • 5 of 5

It could use some updates like the ping pong table being broken. However, I feel like it was a very great stay for us. It does take about 40 min driving time to Gatlinburg, but we enjoyed the ride. The scenery views along the way are amazing. Would highly remcommend!!

Very Comfortable and Beautiful! The basement was a great place to hang out. The front porch was my favorite!!! The hot tub was relaxing and the overall feel of the place was very homey.
