This beautiful house has just been renovated to a luxury standard with state of the art, air conditioning in all the rooms, home cinema, 40' plasma screen and satellite tv. It has a swimming pool, stunning south facing views across almond groves, and is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Campanet right in the heart of the most rustic, peaceful countryside. You can walk up to the village square for coffee and croissants in the morning, or jump in the car for a 15 minute drive to the nearest beaches, sight seeing in the lovely old town of Pollensa, or a half hour drive takes you to Palma with all the night life and culture the city has to offer.

A very nicely located and equipped villa, in a pleasant Mallorcan village.
A delight to open the rustic door and find a very well presented villa with a gorgeous pool and 3 terraces!
Almost everything had been thoughtfully provided for a very comfortable stay, including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The TV, sofa and air conditioning were a bonus on the really hot days.
The centre of the village was so close it was delightful to wander into and we enjoyed several perfect Sangrias at Es Club:-)
Our few comments and the reason we didn’t score it a 5 are:
Kitchen could do with a knife sharpener and some oven-gloves.
The ants were rather plentiful and invaded a couple of times!
The terrace was actually too hot to sit out on some days due to the lack of really useable shade during the day.
The access is tricky for anything other than a really small car and was made doubly difficult by the village pavements being laid for most of the time we were there!
The neighbour has barky dogs and a very noisy car which he starts up at 6:30 every morning.
One thing to note also is that we were charged 3 Euros for taking our rubbish to the tip - Lukas is aware - but subsequent trips were uneventful!
We had a lovely holiday and thought the villa was perfect for us but we wanted to give some genuine feedback to help improve things even further. Lukas was a great asset and extremely helpful, if rather busy. We would highly recommend staying here.
Lovely house in a quiet street. Well equipped and comfortable.
Lots of amenities within walking distance of the house. Local supermarket, bakery and great bar serving delicious pizzas and salads.
Wouldn’t recommend for those with small children because of the open staircases, but this wasn’t a problem for us.
What a find!
This lovely villa on the edge of the town with superb views and fab pool is immaculately designed and lit, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need from the washing machine and tumble dryer in the outhouse to a very useful hairdryer! Lukas, the caretaker, who met us with the keys is very helpful and informative and on-call if you have any problems - his english is pretty good too! Your rubbish bags have to be taken to the local amenity on the outskirts of the village which was no problem at all...When in Rome! The village square is literally 2 mins walk from the villa and has 4 decent bars and restaurants, it's not gourmet dining but perfectly adequate plus Es Club has a "Take Away" service. Just off the square there are 2 bakers, 2 supermarkets one with an amazingly stocked Bodega downstairs and the other with a butchers counter, plus there is a chemist, dentist, hairdresser, electrical shop and a ladies outfitters of sorts! Casa Pureza and Campanet are great for a "get away from it all" holiday....Would strongly recommend both but you must be able to reverse! The only way down the small lane to the villa is backwards around 100yds, but well, well worth it once you get there. Say hello to the sheep from me.....They are rather partial to crackers for supper!!!
Beautiful with lovely features
Stayed for a week with husband and 3 children. The villa was amazing and close to a lovely bakery and bars and restaurants. Would love to come back again. Kids loved the pool.
Beware the dogs!
Charmingly decorated in a rustic style. Very limited wardrobe space apart from the top bedroom. It is end of terrace so beware the neighbours. 6.30/7am wake up yapping dog as he goes out to work, then quietens down for the most part. The neighbourhood dogs, of which there are many, bark between 9-11am and 6-7 constantly so although the goat bells tinkling are very relaxing, the barking is not. A real shame as otherwise it is a great position near enough to walk to local village square, small supermarket and one of the best restaurants locally, Sa Tercera. There is also no visitor book with any helpful recommendations nor a welcome pack with even a pint of milk.
We are happy to announce that the neighbour who had a yapping dog was only renting next door for a couple of months and has now left!!
Please read all the other mostly 5 star rave reviews about our wonderful house which we love so much! And we hope you will come and stay! : )
A beautiful, comfortable villa in a friendly, small town.
4 of us stayed in this beautiful villa in July 2016 and had a wonderful time. Lukas met us at the villa and showed us how everything worked and where everything was. The villa is equipped with everything you could want, and the satellite TV had a wide choice of channels. The decor is impeccable and the pool, although chilly even on days of 30 degree heat was a real luxury. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom feel a little precarious as there are no bannisters on the outer side, and as they are polished, painted white they require concentration if you're getting on in years. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are best and easily accessible if you're less mobile than others.
There is air con in every room but the villa is pretty cool even without it. The villa is at the end of a small terrace of houses and looks out onto a field with a few goats and sheep. If you're in the upstairs front bedroom expect to hear the 'clank' of their bells into the night, peppered with the bark of local dogs and the cockerels at around 6am. It is a rural setting, and is better for it but if you're not used to it or are a light sleeper then earplugs might be a good idea.
The access to the villa is tight, as the owners rightly say. We arrived in a Golf Estate and it only just got around the tight turn into the access to the villa - we then swapped the car for a standard Golf and this was fine. The roads in the village are also narrow so a larger car has problems here and all over the island.
The village is very friendly and the 5 minute stroll up to the town square where there are 4 bars/restaurants is a pleasure. The square is safe for kids to run around in in full view of parents. We found the food in the cafe directly opposite the church was the best. There are 2 small supermarkets that sell all you need and a local bakery and newspaper shop with UK papers if you need them.
Thanks for a great stay, we would return tomorrow.
There is a 15 min drive to the beautiful beach of Can Picafort, or the beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa. Also the world famous Pollensa Golf Course, or sightseeing in the Old Town of Pollensa. A half hour drive takes you to Palma with all its shopping and night life. Campanet has its famous underground caves which are worth a visit. This is an incredible area for walkers as well.
