Reserved underground parking and lift access.Set in landscaped tropical gardens, with 3 swimming pools that cascade through waterfalls into each other, there is also a jacuzzi and infant pool. Pools can be accessed by steps or ramp so making them easy to get into. Also benefit from LIfeguard during summer months.Located 10 minutes drive from centre Marbella and 5 minutes from Cabopino Beach or 15 mins walk. It is also within walking distance of supermarket / Bars / restaurants.


Apartment is walking distance from Cabopino Beach and walking distance of Bus Service if you want to explore further away or go to Marbella centre .New walk in shower added 2012.

This apartment is on a luxury complex with other owners charging in excess of £500 per week ,We are looking to cover our costs that is why it is full most of the year with repeat customers , just look at the reviews to see for yourself.

Great stay !

Excellent communication with the owner from booking to the end of our stay. The apartment itself was lovely, in a beautiful complex and had more than everything we needed.Great wifi and tv package to keep teenagers entertained. Excellent sunny balcony.Short walk to bus stops for easy access to Marbella or Fuengirola but the apartment is on quite a steep hill. Cabopino harbour about 20 min walk to very nice bars and restaurants although other options and supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Happy hour in Jorges at the harbour is well worth a visit as is The Shebeen.Overall a beautiful place to visit .

Great Holiday

Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment in a great location. Spacious south facing balcony which was a real sun trap. WIFI excellent and an added bonus to have all TV channels.

Already enquired about availability for next year. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Apartment for the Family

Just landed back after a 7 day stay.

Apartment had everything we needed for two families (4 adults 3 kids in total). Great Balcony (sunshine all day), 2 bathrooms (2 showers 1 bath) living room, 3 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Tv with lots of choice. Very handy location (big hill to keep you excercised if on foot like we was and would proberly hire a car next time but pleasant walks we did have to the beach). Loverly beach soft sand and fantastic for the kids nice long shallow area (near andys bar. Careful of the nudist beach to the right we walked that way down to the non nudist areas a couple of times but the kids just giggled and didnt really care) Couple of Bars on the beach with food, little shop hut and sunbed hire. Bus service to marbella and fuengirola every half hour 10 min walk from apartment (we used both ways 1.5 to 2 euros cheap as chips). 2 supermarkets close by and Hong kong restaurant great food (decent prices) and little village bar and restaurant close by aswell also great food (but pricy) also there are restaurants in the harbour area.

Superb quiet location with nice pools and all very secure.

Wonderful apartment for our family

My husband, myself and our two children (10 & 12) had a lovely week here. The apartment was very well presented and was very clean. It is comfortably furnished and had everything we could need, the children thought the tv system was amazing and did take a little persuasion to leave it! The complex is kept lovely and the pools are great, even in October, when it seemed a very peaceful place to pass a few hours. Cabopino beach is just a short drive away and we spent most nights at the restaurants around the Dona Lola resort, about 10 minutes drive away, where we had some amazing meals.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter's apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing holiday and would look to book again should we be in the area. Thanks, Peter, for trusting us with your home.

wonderful Stay

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this lovely apartment.

From the first contact with the owner Pete things couldn't have gone any better.

The apartment is in a nice secure quiet complex a short distance from Cabopino with its clean beach and quaint harbour .

The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, with 2/3 bedrooms depending on your needs,with nice comfortable beds , bedrooms have plenty of storage space too.

2 Bathrooms, both with walk in showers, one with a large bath should you prefer a nice long soak.

A fully equipped kitchen with every utensil and appliance you would ever need should you wish to cook your own meals .

A large balcony with sunbeds is also included ,as are various pools for your enjoyment.

Underground secure car parking with an allocated space is provided ,so need to worry about finding a parking space after a long day at the beach or exploring the area.

We would certainly recommend this apartment, and wouldn't hesitate to book it again the next time we visit spain
