Jim and Erin Pelger lovingly renovated this house for Erin's parents, who live on the East Coast but love to visit their four grand-children in Missoula. They are experienced landlords, remodelers and lovers of Missoula.

This property is perfectly located in Missoula, close to great trails, the university, and downtown.
This house has great views of Mount Jumbo and is a short walk to Greenough Park.
Our family of eight stayed at the Holly House. It couldn't have been more perfect. It felt like home away from home and was the first time our family came home to Missoula after selling our parents house. We cannot wait to visit and stay here again! Some wonderful things: awesome owners, extremely spacious, everything needed plus more in the kitchen (coffee was the cherry on the sundae!), king size bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, washing machine/dryer very appreciated...everything was wonderful.
I was in town with friends for the Missoula Marathon. It is fair to say that my group of friends can be picky. But, everyone was very happy with the house and told me to give a positive review. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the location is perfect for easy access to town and a nearby park with trails. And thanks to Erin for providing some recommendations where to eat.
We had a wonderful time at the Holly House! It was everything we had hoped for! Will stay here again!
We had 7 adults comfortably staying in this larger than it appears in photos home. The outside and inside are well cared for, updated and cozy with comfortable beds, furniture and things for children. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the outside deck and gas BBQ. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly to an issue we had with airconditioning which they resolved easily for us. The house is close to a nice park, downtown, hiking and biking. Everyone in the group enjoyed our stay in this house.
In a nutshell, we will return to the Holly House when we come to visit again!!!!!
Highly recommend this gem!
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was to stay at Holly House this June. I called Missoula my home for 10 days while I prepared for my daughter's wedding, hosting a gathering and sleeping 7 family members for that time period. Everything about it was perfect--from the welcoming flowers, local coffee and gorgeous mountain views! For 10 days, it felt truly like MY home. The decor is very Zen like and soothing, kitchen is well equipped and the beds as comfortable as my own. Every detail was considered in the construction of this home, and it shows. Great location and access to hiking and biking trails, coffee, beer and all Missoula has to offer.
When I return to Missoula, which will be often, I will come back to "MY Missoula Home". Thank you, Erin, I'll be dreaming of this place for some time.
