This property has private beach access and mooring rights at the Sag Harbor Hills Beach. If guest would like to take advantage of mooring rights please contact us for information to do so. The property rental is not to exceed the maximum of the same 6 individuals throughout the entirety of the booking. Guests are permitted to host small dinner parties or barbecue but gatherings can not exceed 12 persons. Overnight occupancy should not exceed the number of guests booked, or the maximum of 6 guests. Entry should be given weekly to cleaning personnel on an agreed upon day of the week and cleaning expenses will be covered by the guests. Landscaper will be given access to exterior of the house for routine maintenance. If there is any accidental damage, maintenance issues, malfunctioning appliances/electronics etc., the guest should contact us immediately so that we may remedy the issue in a timely manner.
