En fantastisk dejlig, ren og velholdt lejlighed.

En virkelig skøn lejlighed. Meget rent, veludstyret, gode senge og en fantastisk velholdt have med en dejlig pool. Nem adgang til en dejlig strand. Ejeren Luis Rodriguez var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Der var helt styr på tingene. Selvom vi først kom kl. 02.00 om natten, var han klar med nøglerne til os. Han havde endda købt lidt varer til os, så vi havde noget til morgenmaden næste dag. Selvom der kun var 2 strandstole og en parasol til lejligheden, havde han skaffet 4 strandstole til os. Dagen efter vores ankomst kom han med en "nøgle" så vi kunne bruge internet. Ligger lidt fra byen, så bil anbefales. Man kan dog godt gå ind til nogle restauranter på strandpromenaden. En lejlighed som helt klart kan anbefales til andre. Vi kan sagtens finde på at tage tilbage en anden gang.

A view to dream about

This apartment is second floor, with uninterrupted wide sea views south, over a communal pool set in a beautifully maintained garden shaded by palms. Beyond the garden is parkland which runs down to a beautiful, almost private, beach immediately in front and only a couple of hundred yards away. To the west you look over towards the sweep of the promenade of Velilla beach and Almunecar.

The apartment itself is immaculately maintained and is lacking in nothing needed to have a holiday which permits comfortable lounging on a sunny balcony as well as easy access to the pleasures of Almunecar and surroundings. Malaga, Granada and Almeria are within easy reach for a day out, and an overnight in Cordoba or Sevilla very simple to arrange. All of this was especially suitable for our timing - a long winter break.

Luis, the owner is both charming and efficient, and runs a good show. You will find lots of helpful hints and brochures, with recommendations for restaurants and excursions. For us, the best restaurant was the Mar de Plata, but the Arbol Blanco and Tito Yayo are also very good.

Beyond our expectations!

It is always risky when you book a holiday on the internet, not having any idea what you are booking will actually be what is advertised. So it was with some apprehension when my husband and our 3 boys pulled in front of the complex having flown from London.

We were greeted punctually by the broad smile of Mr. Rodriguez, led into our underground parking spot where 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella was placed for our use.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, far beyond our expectations. As we entered, we were greeted by a fresh clean smell, the apartment was spotless; fresh, fluffy towels were awaiting us, clean bed sheets and a fully kitted kitchen.

But best of all was the fabulous view looking out of the windows and standing on the balcony. We enjoyed every meal on the balcony, looking out at the sea.

The swimming pool was a good size and the charming garden surrounding it, was just perfect to sit in, read a book and watch the kids in the pool. The beach was 5 minutes away through a private gate and felt like a little private beach as it was walled by rocks going into the sea. The water was warm, clean and generally gorgeous.

Finally, Mr. Rodriguez was a great landlord, courteous, helpful, friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips as to where to shop, eat and little towns to visit. I have recommended this property to all my friends and hope to visit again and rent a few apartments.

Super Appartment in bester Lage und kompetter Ausstattung.

Wir haben das Appartment sehr gut ausgestattet und Blitz sauber angetroffen. Aber das Beste ist der Blick vom Balkon und der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Das Appartementhaus, Pool und Garten sind sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce magnifique appartement donnant sur une belle plage.Je tiens à remercier le propriétaire pour son excellent accueil et pour nous avoir assisté tout au long du séjour . La région était un coup de coeur pour nous et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour. on optera certainement pour cette belle maison si disponible
