Our home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,000 square feet of bright indoor living space with high ceilings in every room. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 5-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 10-minute walk shopping center, movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with eastern exposure, enjoying sun for most of the day.

Some of the features included are the open spacious kitchen with 4 bar stools, double sinks granite top in master bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, hot tub (6 seating positions, 45 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock.

The house includes pool table, board games, cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, two 55" TVs in family & living rooms and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are leather recliner sofa, queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner couch, and love chair allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 6 bikes (with helmets), 6 beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, 2 tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, 4 poolside chaise lounges, outdoor grill, etc.

You also can enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from marina on the island for fishing or cruise the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees & dolphins swim by right from our lanai!

Awesome family vacation home

The house was very clean and well equipped. The beach is very close and the there were enough beach chairs for six.

The only drawback is that the boat dock was not usable. I wish we would have been told this ahead of time.

Again, our stay couldn’t have been much better and we will keep your homes in mind when booking on Marco Island; we can recognize them by the hot tub and pool table. (And that hot tub...amazing.)

Pool, hot tub, dock...everything you need

We also rented a boat for the week, great fishing and shell collecting. Used the bikes as transportation to meals, plenty of choices within walking or biking distance. Fun relaxing vacation for the holidays! Linens and beach towels all there as well. Nicely sized for our family of 8. Highly recommend!!!
