Have you ever stayed in a home with a Japanese soaking tub? Now is your chance! Stay at this oceanview Neskowin home for a unique vacation!
Overlooking the ocean march and with unparalleled views of the Pacific for miles, this home is a little slice of paradise in a small town. Visit the art gallery or pick up a few necessities at the local grocery. While this home is in a quiet, away-from-it-all location, supermarkets are still easy to access in nearby Lincoln City and Pacific City.
Meanwhile, the house is surrounded by natural beauty: unobstructed, pristine ocean views. The trail down to the beach takes you through the wetlands where trails lead you on a little adventure. There is no view of your neighbors nearby, so you'll feel like you have all the place to yourself.
A large, open space welcomes you as you enter the beach house. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out to the ocean - perfect for storm watching. The greatest feature of all is the retractable wall that creates an open air living space that allows you to feel the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the sea. On the nicest of days, head out to the deck with a telescope for whale watching!
The fully stocked kitchen and six-seat dining table will inspire memorable family meals. Head to the living room for a movie on the large flatscreen TV with DirecTV and DVD. Let the kids fall asleep on the fold out sofa (it will hold two adults), while the sound and warmth of the wood fireplace relaxes everyone. This main floor has a half bathroom on the main floor and home office in the loft, as well.
On the lower level, both bedrooms boast two full bathrooms. The bathrooms are so nice in fact that the master bathroom, with the spacious shower and separate Japanese soaking tub, was featured in Oregon's "1859" magazine! The master bedroom has a queen bed and a small wood stove to go with the ocean views for a romantic retreat. A queen bed and ocean views are also found in the second bedroom.
A small fitness room with a rowing machine in the lower level. There's also a private washer and dryer and WiFi.
This Neskowin vacation beach house can't be beat. Book your family's next getaway here!

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a fabulous time in this home. Not much we would change at all. Even a couple of minor problems we found were immediately addressed by Vacasa, so we were incredibly impressed by their service. Will definitely come back.
Beautiful modern home that's unique and filled with great design features. The Japanese soaking tub is very very cool. The induction stove was really fun to cook with. We also loved the nanawall which opens up to reveal gorgeous views of the ocean and hillside. At night, it's so dark and you can see thousands of stars if the sky's clear. Three places to build a fire - very cool. The radiant heated floor was also pretty amazing.
Mostly clean with no major issues but we did notice a few things that other guests have pointed out in the reviews. We encountered a good deal of live mosquitos so watch out for that.
Even though the home has several open windows, it does feel quite private but having some window coverings would be nice, especially in the bedrooms. The master bedroom needs window coverings, especially if you intend to share the home with another couple. You can see the inside of the bedroom from the living room.
Would absolutely stay here again!
The views are amazing! Be ready to wake with the sun since there are no blinds on any of the windows.
A bit far from the beach unless you like hiking. Beach was nice; neskowin to pacific city. House was great.
