It is, then, by very definition, the perfect name for this luxurious vacation rental, as it exceeds the expectations of vacationers every single time.

From the moment you pull up to this gorgeous three-story 30A beach home, you’ll be impressed. You’ll love the traditional architecture that just screams “beach vacation.” The first thing you’ll notice when you walk in is the modern décor and upscale feeling that flows through the home. The furniture, fixtures and furnishings are top of the line, and perfect for families who are used to the finer things in life. The gorgeous hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and large windows that overlook the beach come together to create a very warm and welcoming feel in the living area. Two large, plush sofas and an oversized arm chair surround a flat screen TV and a fireplace, but most people can’t help but stare at the breathtaking view of the white sandy beaches and blue waters right from their own living room.

The fully furnished kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all of the cookware and utensils you need to create meals at home. This chef inspired kitchen has beautiful custom cabinets and a large, center island. The beautiful, open floor plan of this home allows family members to gather in both the kitchen and living room and still feel connected and together. A granite snack bar separates the living room from the kitchen, and easily becomes a popular spot for people to hang out, snack, read, check emails and plan activities for the next day. The formal dining area has a large table and plenty of comfortable chairs, and is the perfect place to get the whole crew together for a meal.

This unit has four spacious bedrooms, and gives large families, or even two families traveling together, plenty of options when it comes to sleeping arrangements. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second and third bedrooms, and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. There is also a bonus, built in bunk bed unit in the hallway, creating space for two more family members to get their beauty rest. The bunk beds are located in a smaller, separate living room, a great place for kids to gather and watch their favorite TV shows while parents enjoy their own time in the main living room. The sofa in the main living room also pulls out and transforms into a Queen size bed, adding yet another option for guests to sleep without taking up a lot of room in the common areas. All of the bedrooms have their own TVS, and most have private access to the second floor balcony. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, giving the family plenty of options for showers and teeth brushing in the morning without having to wait in line. One ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo, while the other has a large, walk in shower. The modern sinks and upscale appliances add to the elegance of each bathroom, and the feeling continues throughout the entire home.

Why Sterling Resorts chose Seagrove Beach

As the name implies, Seagrove is a village beneath a canopy of live oaks and magnolias sitting atop a high line of dunes. This early Florida neighborhood inspired its more famous neighbor, Seaside, and the two communities are linked by a few common backstreets. Inside of this nature inspired historic community you can find NatureWalk, a hidden gem that is surrounded by nature on all sides. It is 155 acres surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and is off Scenic Highway 30A. Just up the road from Seagrove are art galleries and antique stores. The house has a great view of the ocean and open third floor. That sums up the positives.

Mattress were terrible. One of the frames was held up by bricks. We only had one key for two families to share. The dryer didn’t work, technically it worked, but required three cycles to dry the load of towels. Doors didn’t work to the balconies, tv remotes were awful. I had to get out of bed to change the channels. Lastly, the giant cockroaches added a real touch of elegance. The solution was home bug spray from the local store, the cheap stuff, sprayed by a high school kid.

Oh, if you customer service experience was like mine, don’t expect anyone to answer the phone when you call. They will call you back, but when it accommodates them. Now, if you leave something or have a question after you stay. Don’t expect a call back. I’m still waiting on a call back from our trip mid-June. Won’t stay here again or with Sterling Resorts.

GREAT property

I highly recommend this property. We traveled with a few families and the layout is perfect. The view is amazing, much better than the other homes on this stretch, this is the only house that has a one story structure in front of it, so you have a perfect view from both balconies. The pool is VERY close and the beach access is very easy to get to. There is a garage so parking is no issue. It is very beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. The only reason I wouldn't give the 5th star is that they could update the linens and the mattresses (they were very clean, just maybe not the most comfortable). We loved it, we will go back.

This was our first stay in FL and the location was great. The house is very spacious and slept our group of 11 adequately. Sadly that is where the pros of our stay ends.

When we arrived and began looking at rooms we discovered one of the beds had an obvious broken frame.

All of the bedroom TV's were old tube style. One of the TV's picture was a green tint( was replaced the next day) and some of the others were missing remotes or batteries etc. New remotes etc were brought out the following day but a hassle overall.

Next the place was overall less than clean and a crew had to come while we were there to touch up some but it really needed a thorough deep cleaning.

Most of the furniture is stained and soiled making you hesitant to get comfortable. In general the couches etc need replaced.

Next is the beds. Old mattresses and not comfortable at all. Made for a long week with lack of good rest.

Another issue we had was a few of the ceiling fan/light fixtures were missing the pull chains...My

This property has a great direct view of the ocean and has a large open living area that is great for kids and overlooks the ocean.

The property is a bit aged and could use some attention to deferred maintenance and some needed capital expenditures.

We have stayed here twice now and really like the location (very very close to the beach access); however, there are things that need attention to make the stay more pleasant and for us to consider staying here again (i.e. several light bulbs were out, ice maker doesn't shut off off so ice continues to make and spill over into the freezer, broken blinds, etc). A few examples of deferred maintenance are the garage door broke while we were there, which was promptly fixed, the toaster didn't work, which was replaced when we pointed it out, one of the living room windows is broken so it can't fully shut (howls with the wind due to the partially opened space, no rain comes in though), etc.

Lovely Beach Home

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and well stocked which was excellent. The views of the gulf were amazing also, we loved sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and being able to see the water was perfect. The bunks were great for our boys and the 2 twin bed room was great for my girls. The kitchen and living room is so spacious it is great for a big family to spend time together without everyone being cramped. The short walk to the beach made this house 100 times better. We will be back to stay at this lovely property again.
