Depending upon the time of year, we are a minimum of 2 nights in low season, 3 nights mid-season and 7 nights high season. THE HAMPTONS BEACH HOUSE is available for weekend, mid-week and week-long stays.

Set in a palm fringed garden on the quiet and leafy Westfield Avenue it is only a two minute stroll from the beach, its own beach hut and the local village with restaurants, pubs and local shops.

Sleeping up to 14 (including children, or a maximum of 12 adults) across six stylish bedrooms including a super king bunk room. It is ideal for family beach holidays and special occasions, yet is only an hour and a half away from central London via hourly direct train services from Angmering to London Victoria or London Bridge.

THE HAMPTONS BEACH HOUSE is both pet friendly and mobility friendly, with two ground floor bedrooms.

A quiet and pretty location yet only two short minutes from the sea combined with a stylish and clubby interior make THE HAMPTONS BEACH HOUSE probably one of the most stylish and luxurious holiday houses in England and an inspiring location for any season. And as we are pet friendly your best friend can enjoy our holiday house with you.

Inside

The beach house boasts an elegant drawing room with wide and comfortable sofas that opens out into the fourteen seat conservatory dining hall. The drawing room leads onto the fully equipped kitchen breakfast room featuring a five hob range cooker, two American fridge/freezers and dining table that converts to a grey baize billiard table.

There are five double bedrooms, two of which can be configured as twins, and all are en-suite. The sixth bedroom is a four berth bunk room that shares the downstairs bedroom’s shower room and is ideal as a children’s room. We are baby-friendly providing two cots and two high chairs.

Outside

The slate tiled front garden is well equipped with stylish black wicker loungers and chairs set among the dwarf palms. The rear decked palm planted courtyard garden can also seat 14 around the granite dining table and is equipped with sun-loungers, a gas barbecue and a seven-seater Beachcomber hot tub set at 38 degrees all year round.

THE HAMPTONS BEACH HOUSE has its own private interior designed Beach Hut only a five minute walk away; with private parking if required.

With 20 years experience running a leading international hospitality business, and being involved in furnished holiday letting since 2004, we are dedicated to ensuring my guests have the time of their lives.

Had a fantastic mini break at this house for a 50th birthday celebration with friends. Had everything we could want. In a perfect position for the beach where we enjoyed a girls versus boys game of cricket and also the local village.

Beautiful house.

This beautiful house has been decorated exquistely. Each bedroom and bathroom is individual. The kitchen has all you could ever desire and the multiple sitting areas have extremely comfortable sofas. Everything you need is there including books and toys for the children. The walk to the beach is a pleasant 10 minutes. We had a really relaxing weekend here.

THE HAMPTONS BEACH HOUSE, a spacious, detached seaside property, within 2 minutes walk of the beach. The house sleeps up to 14 (including children - maximum of 12 adults) in 6 bedrooms - five with en-suite bathrooms - and is situated on the leafy quiet private seaside estate of Angmering-on-Sea which lies between Littlehampton and Worthing on the West Sussex coast, 15 miles from Brighton and within 90 minutes of London, by train or car.
