THE NEW ENGLAND BEACH HOUSE is situated on a quiet private residential seaside estate and we welcome family groups for breaks, holidays and special occasions.

Depending upon the time of year, we are a minimum of 2 nights in low season, 3 nights mid-season and 7 nights high season.

THE NEW ENGLAND BEACH HOUSE is a rare and unusual luxury holiday house. It is situated right on the beach with uninterrupted sea views and our own private walled beach garden. Sleeping up to 14 (including children - maximum of 12 adults) in six stylish bedrooms it is ideal for family beach holidays yet is only an hour and a half away from central London; perfect for holidays and stays where some of the guests may wish to travel to London on occasion as there are hourly direct train services from Angmering to London Victoria or London Bridge. The New England Beach House is both pet friendly and mobility friendly, with two ground floor en-suite bedrooms, and a separate annex.

Unique Features

A spectacular beach front location and the Titanic en-suite featuring a double ended bath with uninterrupted sea views are just two of the features that make New England beach house probably one of the most stylish and luxurious holiday houses in England and an inspiring location for any season. And as we are pet friendly your best friend can enjoy our holiday house with you to.

Inside

The beach house boasts an elegant drawing room with wide and comfortable sofas that opens out into the twelve seat dining hall; which leads into the clubby pool room and then into the fully equipped vaulted kitchen breakfast room with range cooker and two fridge/freezers. All the reception rooms have french doors onto the beach front deck.

Outside

The first floor balcony overlooks the large beach-side deck, ideal for outdoor dining, which leads onto a walled and gated beach garden that can be laid out with our stylish sun-loungers. The deck has twin outdoor baths - plumbed with hot water - showers and chimera. The rear decked palm planted courtyard can also seat 12 around the granite dining table, and is equipped with sun-loungers and a large hot tub.

With 20 years experience running a leading international hospitality business, and being involved in furnished holiday letting since 2004, we are dedicated to ensuring my guests have the time of their lives.

My beach houses are available all year round and are professionally managed - as opposed to being rented out to pay the mortgage or on a part time basis - and I have a full time local House Manager to ensure my beach houses are maintained to the highest possible standards.

The New England Beach House has been designed to work effectively for both family or adult groups with plenty of separate grown up space or ample family friendly living. All ground floor living space; kitchen, breakfast/dining/pool room, family/TV room, drawing room with accompanying veranda look directly onto the front garden and beach with glorious sea views. 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms also have these amazing sea views opening onto first floor balcony. A perfect weeks holiday!

This house ticked every box for our group of 12 .... plenty of entertaining space inside and out, large decking area and pool table for my teenage children to have fun on, hot tub to enjoy even if the weather wasn't great, fantastic walks on the beach for the dogs! The house is stylishly designed inside and the little extras like beautiful bed linen all add to make it a pleasure to stay in. This house tops all the houses we have rented in the UK and we will definitely be booking it again for next year!

A fantastic weeks holiday in the UK!

This house ticked every box for our group of 12 .... plenty of entertaining space inside and out, large decking area and pool table for my teenage children to have fun on, hot tub to enjoy even if the weather wasn't great, fantastic walks on the beach for the dogs! The house is stylishly designed inside and the little extras like beautiful bed linen all add to make it a pleasure to stay in. This house tops all the houses we have rented in the UK and we will definitely be booking it again for next year!

THE NEW ENGLAND BEACH HOUSE is a unique property situated directly on the quiet beach with uninterrupted sea views, just 90 minutes from London by train or car. It sleeps 14 guests (including children - maximum of 12 adults) in 6 double bedrooms (4 en-suite bathrooms, 3 extra shower rooms and an en-suite cloakroom). It has spacious entertaining areas both inside and out with private back garden including hot-tub. The truly quintessential English summer holiday or seaside break.

Within a 5 minute walk is the pretty village of Angmering-on-Sea and East Preston with a village shop, seaside kiosk, Indian and Chinese restaurants, surfers’ continental cafe, fish & chip shop, specialist wine merchant, hairdresser, beauty clinic, dentist, 3 pubs and other associated shops. Within 5 minutes drive there are further shops and Sainsbury’s nearby.
