Spacious contemporary villa with 4 king size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

A spacious, contemporary villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size double beds. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance.

La Coveta Fuma: La Coveta Fuma is a small village between Alicante & Benidorm, just a few minutes’ drive from El Campello with its stunning palm lined promenade, excellent bars and restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Visit the fantastic marina and the lively fish market. Coveta Fuma has a well stocked supermarket and a good selection of bars & restaurants in the village square. It has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, but is far from being remote, in fact the main scenic coastal railway linking Alicante in the South to Denia in the North is just a short stroll away. Fast, reliable and gloriously cheap, the views are breathtaking; passing through countless towns & villages, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe...

Alicante: Accessible in only 20 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on the tram, Alicante is a vibrant and very Spanish city with many unique qualities. It is one of the few cities in Europe to be on the beach! It has a fabulous marina with bars overlooking the fabulous boats moored there. There are lots of interesting shops including El Cortes Ingles which is Spain's principle department store. There are some fabulous restaurants that cater for all tastes and wallets. A visit to the area is not complete with a trip to the Castle of Santa Barbara which is located in the city center and has stunning far reaching views of the area. Also you absolutely must try and get lost in the winding alleys of the Barrios, preferably in the evening when there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the street - great fr people watching.

Notes:
The entire villa has been furnished to a very high standard with luxury fittings throughout. The living room is spacious with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the main terrace by the pool. It has a large L-shaped leather sofa, stylish coffee table and plenty of mod-cons. There is a 42' plasma screen with freeview satellite TV that includes BBC1, ITV and Channel 4 among many others. There is also a large dining table that can seat 10 people. In the kitchen there is a second, informal dining table with 4 chairs for casual dining. Outside there is a large covered terrace by the pool for outside dining. On the upper floor there is a very large terrace for casual pre-dinner drinks and to watch the sun go down.

Beautiful villa four large double bedrooms ,two with luxurious on suites.

Lovely relaxing weeks stay at Casa Limon, Daniel the owner and Eve our local contact were brilliant. Eve went out of her way to get us a varied selection of essentials as we arrived quite late.Once you get your bearings the villa is 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop which allows you to travel up as far as Denia and down to Alicante at little expense. A smal number of restaurants and bars in nearby Coveta Fuma which is about 15 minutes walk away albeit rather hilly. El Campello with its lovely sea front shops bars and restaurants is 3 stops and 10 to 15 mins by tram.

3rd year in a row at a fanstastic villa!

This was our third visit to Casa Limon and once again it was a fantastic, relaxed week away. The villa is very well equipped, gorgeous views and everything within easy reach. The tram is a 5 minute walk and will take you easily to nearby towns or further afield to Alicante or Benidorm.

Beaches a beautiful, clean and crystal clear waters. This is an ideal location for families and couples alike -we have two young children and the villa had everything we needed and a little park a couple of minutes walk, which is shaded and always quiet, is a bonus! Local bars/restaurants are about 15/20 minute walk, or for a bigger choice of beachfront bars/restaurants you can get the tram to El Campello for just a couple of pounds for a return ticket.

We hope to return again next year!

Beautiful modern Villa, lovely pool, quiet area with a Sea view - stunning!

3 of us visited this lovely Villa, 2 rooms downstairs were ideal, the room behind the dining table was most suited for me as I have mobility problems, the bed in the other room I found too low.

Walk in shower in the bathroom downstairs very handy, there is a step to get in/out, & no internal hand rails, but the cubicle I didn't find slippery, that said there is no extractor fan in the bathroom so you need to open the window after showering. The room facing the pool benefits from facing the rising sun over the sea as well, Beautiful way to wake up!

Villa is equipped with ample amount of towels, pillows & bedding, plenty of hanging and draw space and cabinets. The kitchen amenities very good & clean (dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker/grill, washing machine & clothes airier). We also left some washing tablets & a few other bits.

There is a Rubbish collection bin a min or so walk down the road, & you can separate rubbish/recycling.

Access to the property by sliding gate is ideal as you can park cars safely inside off the road. I didn't use a wheelchair inside but for crutches and sticks if you access by the large gate you are fine (if someone else opens up the front door there is just 1 step to access). The grounds are mostly loose stone, but this was manageable for me.

With the exception of a few local dogs barking, and a neighbour who was doing some sort of home improvements, the Villa is in a quiet road, very little traffic quiet location, Plenty of sun loungers, outdoor space, outdoor table for eating outside/playing games, & indoor one for when the weather isn't so great. 2 sofas inside as well, English TV, & board games.

Daniel was really helpful sending instructions before arrival, & information book inside the villa was very handy as well.

Town is about 10 minutes drive, and the beach in just a minute or so, this is the second time we have been to El Campello, we had some nice weather, but torrential rain a few days and storms, when it rains so much like that the top balcony sort of filled up a bit as the drains can't cope with the amount of water that quick (common of everywhere i have stayed in Spain). The water runs onto the Patio near the sun loungers, so if it rains and you want to use that area, I suggest moving them and keeping the lounge patio doors closed (to avoid splashed water inside).

Note if you arrive on a weekend, the shops are now closed on Sunday.

I would recommend this Villa, we had a fantastic week.

Nice well equipped villa

Easy to get into. Nice and cool inside on arriving. Very clean and tidy.

Good size bedrooms. Large lounge and well equipped kitchen.

8 sun loungers but only one parasol! (have suggested to the owner that a second is needed).

There were a few issues on arriving

1) pool filtration system not working (and hadn't been for at least 7 days). Owner advised but was 4 days before up and running again. We were advised that it was ok to use but as there was a film on the top no one wanted to risk using it.

2) there was a sewage smell in one of the upstairs bathrooms and the toilet pan was loose in the same bathroom. The lady looking after the villa did put tablets down the toilets as they are on a septic tank and the window was kept open which did help reduce the smell.

3)the shower door did not close properly in same bathroom

4) the downstairs toilet seat was loose.

These were reported to the representative and we were advised the owner would be addressing the issues raised. Apart from the pool issue initially, it did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa.

The villa is in a very very hilly residential area with train line nearby. As with all residential areas, there was noise, ie dogs barking, drilling etc.

The grounds of the villa are on the level but as the driveway is stoned not suitable for wheelchair users.

Casa Limon villa. Easily the best villa we have stayed in.

The villa is situated in a very quiet place ideal for relaxing. A bit on the hilly side but the tram stop is only 5 mins walk with easy and cheap travel into El Campello for food shopping. .the villa has everything you could possibly need.We were 7 adults and had plenty of room even at night sitting in the lounge the pool and garden were great. Enough sun beds and chairs as was the upstairs balcony.Would definitely recommend Casa limon to anyone looking for a great relaxing time ...

Coveta Fuma is a pretty coastal village approximately a 25 minute drive from Alicante Airport. The area is delightfully secluded and somewhat rustic but with all the facilities that make for a relaxing holiday. The main square has a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. Nearby is the bustling town of El Campello with numerous beach side restaurants and bars, banks, local produce market, various shops and a beautiful sandy beach. Stroll around the lovely harbor, watch the fishing boats, take the little train along its coastal routes and visit, Denia, Calpe, Benidorm, Altea, and Villajoyosa. The theme parks of Terra Mittica, Mundomar, and Aqualandia are in Benidorm just 25 minutes away. Golfers will like the courses nearby, particularly Bonalba which is also the closest. There is also a great spa and beauty salon here.
