From your front door parking spot you have less than a two minute walk to the most beautiful sugar white sand beaches in the world.
Our Home is one of six on the property. The Home has nearly 2200 square feet of spacious living. It's just been completely repainted and is beautifully furnished. There are 3 levels. The two upper floors are fully carpeted, while the first floor has bamboo flooring throughout. All bathrooms have ceramic tile floors.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
On the 1st level you will find the living room which has a queen size sleeper-sofa, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, washer and dryer, full bath and a bedroom with a queen size bed and access to a small patio.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd level. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and garden tub. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor. One with a bunk-over-full bed, the other with a queen bed. You will also find a shared full bath on this level.
The 3rd level is a spacious sun room with a TV, full size futon and access to a deck which has breathtaking views of the gulf.
The house only 15 mintue from the new Regional Regional Airport, serving Panama City and the beach area. Pier Park, featured on the travel channel, and Frank Brown Park are only a short drive from the house. Pier Park is an open mall with some of the finest shops and dining in the South. The mall also has a 16 screen cinema with comfortable seating. Wide seats and isles help those of us who need a little extra room. Thomas' Donut and Snack Shop (also featured on the travel channel) is a short walk from the house. Carousel Supermarket, a big hit with the locals for its fine wine selection, is also near by. It is just a short drive to scenic 30A with Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor Resort, quaint shops, fine dining and an outdoor theater.
I am currently a civil engineering professor at the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs), and am nearing the end of a second career. Prior to joining the the university I spent 25 years wandering around the world as member of the US Army.

This is a place we can bring the entire extended family and live comfortably for a few days or a month at a time. The secondary reason for purchasing this property was the thought of spending time in the winter months in a slightly warmer part of the country. However, the real reason for buying the place was to be close to some of our grandkids.
All you have to do is go to the third floor deck and take in the view of the Gulf to the south and the lake to the east to see why anyone would want to come and live here. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach and you don't have to deal with slow elevators, mammoth parking structures and the long lines associated with condo living.
Pros: very short walk to beach, quiet area, not congested no nearby large condos. Short drive to pier park and other restaurants. Overall great house for larger family or 2 families.
Cons: only place to wash sand off is outside hose which is in pine needles which make it difficult not to track into the hose. No place to store beach supplies as there is no outdoor storage/garage etc. there are 2 dedicated 2 deep parking places this is sufficient but others don't always respect this and may park in your spots.
Owner is very easy to work with and very responsive. Would recommend to others.
We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The rental was clean and in over all great condition. Having 3 very nice bathrooms was wonderful. The location is fabulous. Just a few steps away from a gorgeous peaceful beach. Would recommend!
The property was a good fit for us and met our needs. It was a quick walk to the beach and out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything.
We had a wonderful time. The property is in a good location, close enough to shopping and eateries without being in the traffic and crowds. There was 8 adults and 5 children in our group and we had plenty of room. We had a blast, would definitely recommend it.
This home is amazing! Very clean and up to date. The owners are always friendly and willing to go beyond. This was our 2nd time staying and im sure there will be more.
Our family had a nice New Years stay. Plenty of space for all 11 of us (8 adults,3 children). Restrooms very nice & clean. Only 1-tier from beach access made it so convenient for many beach trips.Quiet area. No parking problems.Would definitely book this home again. Very affordable for a relaxing winter stay.

Total security deposit will be forfeited if any damage occurs and is not reported to owner prior to departure. Broken dishware and permanently soiled linen should be replaced prior to departure to avoid forfeiture of security deposit.
