Privately Owned 1 bedroom apartment to sleep up to 4 on 5* beach & golf resort

We pride ourselves on our apartment being furnished to the highest quality and being kept in immaculate condition. It is situated within a small gated apartment block with private pool, landscaped gardens & allocated parking space. Free WiFi. Accommodation consists of large lounge/dining room leading on to a spacious terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be arranged as a double), with separate dressing area. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave. The large fully tiled bathroom has full size bath with shower, wc, bidet and wash basin. A large private storage room is located near to the swimming pool for storage of beach equipment, golf clubs, etc. The spacious south west facing terrace is equipped with table and four chairs and a clothes dryer. All bed linen is supplied - and we even provide towels for around the pool. Over the last few years we have had many repeat bookings from happy guests.

Golf: The 18 hole championship course is one of the best in the region, if not the best. The facilities include a first class Club House, Driving Range, 6 hole pitch and putt and other practice facilities. There are plenty of professional coaches on hand to help improve your game. There is a spare set of both ladies' and men's clubs which our guests are free to use.

About Alan or Pamela Linger

We were both working when we first bought our property and so were unable to spend as much time as we would have liked in this beautiful part of Spain. Now that we are 'young retirees' we spend 4-5 months of the year and enjoy the lifestyle. Our friends think we are mad not to live there permanently, but we would miss our children, grandchildren and friends too much, so we feel we have found the perfect balance.

Why Alan or Pamela Linger chose Valencia Province

We were worried about leaving a property empty for long periods of time, so decided to buy an apartment. The Security entrance and the gated apartment, with its own parking space, played a big part in our choice. We preferred not to overlook the swimming pool in case it proved noisy, and we chose our particular apartment because of the wonderful view of the mountains and the fact that the balcony caught the sun all year round.

What makes this apartment unique

We have always liked to play golf but whilst working found it very hard to find the time. However, we knew that once we retired we would like to press on and become better golfers and having researched many parts of Spain, we found that this golf course and the area in general ticked all the boxes. We couldn't find anywhere else comparable. It has everything - beach, golf, mountains, unspoilt towns and villages, no fish'nchip shops, no high-rise apartment blocks. There are regular low budget flights to Alicante and Valencia all year round and because of the unique micro climate you can count on the weather all year round. There is nothing better than after playing a round of gold in the morning, just strolling down to the beach in the afternoon and waiting for the sun to go down. In the summer months there are a couple of nice beach bars where you can buy snacks and drinks, although even in the hottest months the beach is never over-crowded.

Fantastic week at Oliva Nova

My wife and I spent 8 days at this apartment and the place is very nice and quiet. The apartment is superb. Fully equipped and well placed. It is near the beach (five minutes walking) and near Denia and Gandía (no more than 15 minutes by car).

As you can see in other reviews , Alan has a perfect organization in all the process of booking, paying, keys delivery, ...

A great election

The apartment is beautyfull and very comfortable. It is equipped yet what it is possible to be needed.

The location it's ideal for relaxing and it have near Denia and Gandía, where you could find hypermarkets, cinemas, restaurantes, stores, etc.

We are a family with two little girls and all we have enjoyed the holidays very much.

The title of the announcement –"Luxurious Apartment in Fantastic Location"– is true 100%.

Easter holiday

We found the apartment was very clean and well furnished. It was in an excellent location close to a safe clean beach ideal for young children. It was ideally situated for day trips to Denia or Valencia. The resort had a handy supermarket and bar on site for essentials and a large hypermarket only 10 minute drive away. Outside was a great size swimming pool which we had to ourselves! Overall it was a very relaxing holiday

Confortable, cómodo y tranquilo

Hemos estado una semana en el apartamento. Los propietarios han sido muy amables en todo momento respondiendo con rapidez a nuestras dudas y siendo muy fiables en todas las operaciones. Son confiables en sus indicaciones. Su apartamento es tal cual se describe y resulta muy cómodo y acogedor. Es muy recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos en la playa...a nosotros nos ha encantado.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer sehr komfortablen Umgebung (Golfplatz, schönes Haus) und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort und können die Wohnung bestens weiter empfehlen.

Te sientes como en tu propia casa...

¡Muchas felicidades a la Familia Linger, por ser unos excelentes anfitriones!.

Mi mujer y yo, hemos pasado unos días muy felices, cómodos, tranquilos y relajados con nuestras 2 niñas pequeñas. Han estado súper felices. El apartamento es muy bonito y cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio muy cómoda con vestidor y acceso por ventanal a la terraza que se comunica con el salón donde hay 2 sofás. Uno de ellos se hace una amplia cama donde han dormido muy cómodas las 2 niñas (de 2 y 3 años). El salón también comunica a la terraza que es muy amplia donde se puede dejar a secar la ropa cómoda y discretamente y se puede desayunar o cenar con una gran tranquilidad y vistas al campo de golf, los jardines, las pistas de tenis, el club de golf y las montañas.

Hay libros, DVD, equipo y CDs de música, sillas de playa, toallas de baño y piscina, ropa de cama, trona, una cocina muy equipada...detalles que te hacen sentir bien y que dan muy buen feeling de como son los propietarios.

Además, las gestiones para la reserva las hace muy fáciles y completas Alan por mail.

La piscina es muy agradable y la playa es perfecta para niños y está al lado caminando. Tiene una duna natural muy bonita, la arena es finita y el agua está muy buena...las niñas se tiraban más de una hora bañándose de continuo...

La urbanización está dentro de un tranquilo y enorme campo de golf. Está a un paso de Denia si se quiere ir de restaurantes, bares, compras, etc...Si no, en la misma urbanización hay restaurantes en el hotel, en el Club de Golf (que está muy bueno y hace un Brunch los domingos genial) y en el centro comercial hay un bar, un restaurante, algunas tiendas y un mini-súper que dan suficiente juego si no se quiere desplazar uno y pasar unas tranquilas vacaciones.

Es 100% recomendable en todos los sentidos.

The Five Star Oliva Nova is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious beach resorts in Spain. As well as the 24 hr on site security, there is a 4* hotel within 5 mins walk which has 2 first class restaurants & beauty spa with indoor pool, gym & jacuzzi, and in July & Aug they arrange a Kids Club. There are also 2 other restaurants close by, as well as a very friendly bar/cafe. The Blue Flag beach is just a short stroll, accessed across a protected area of sand-dunes. From here you can walk for miles in either direction along the pristine sand. For anyone who enjoys a round of golf, the 18 hole championship golf course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is right on your doorstep - our apartment actually overlooks the 7th green. Other facilities include tennis and equestrian centre. Within the resort there is also a supermarket, bank, bar/coffee shop. The mountains can be reached in less than half an hour by car and these form the backdrop view from our south westerly facing terrace. The nearby towns of Oliva and Denia have plenty to offer & both Valencia and Alicante are approx 1 hr.

Golf: Although the course was designed by Seve Ballesteros, it is suitable for people of all abilities. It is flat with soft undulating fairways and several holes run alongside the sea so the wind plays a big part, making it quite a challenge. There is water on 14 holes but the tees are placed so that only the low handicappers have to drive over the largest lakes! The practice facilities are excellent - an undercover driving range, a 6 hole pitch/putt course and a separate pitching green, practice bunker and putting area. There are PGA pro's available who speak Spanish, English, German and Scandinavian. This course is ideal for winter golf as this part of Spain has its own micro climate. The course has its own underground water supply so the fairways are kept to the same pristine condition all year round. The club-house is well equipped and the food served in the upstairs restaurant and terrace is of a very high standard and reasonably priced.
