About this property

Spacious, 20 foot ceiling, three story, 4 bedroom getaway in the center of Aspen. Your family is three blocks from the Gondola, two blocks from Lift 1 and one block from the Highlands/Buttermilk/Snowmass buses. An easy stroll to and from any of the Aspen restaurants, the Isis movie theater and Paradise Bakery through the pedestrian malls. Four blocks from City Market or Carl's Pharmacy. Garage for a car and ski gear.

The top floor has 20 foot-high ceilings, voluminous windows looking on to Aspen and Red Mountains, a large living room with a 70” TV, a second seating area with a gas fireplace, an outdoor sundeck, a dining area for eight, and an oversized kitchen equipped with a Viking range, Sub Zero refrigerator, central food prep island and a 50” TV.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, a king or two beds and a TV. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual sinks, a private toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower.

There is a private office.

Our preference is to rent for 30 days or more.

Highly recommend

Great townhouse -- spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location right in the middle of town (close to mountain, shops, restaurants, bus stops etc.). Ideal for families and groups. We look forward to returning again.

Ideal townhouse right in center of Aspen

This townhouse was the ideal location for an extended stay for our family of 6 adults. With lots of space over 4 floors of living space - with 4 spacious bedroom and even a fully equipped office. It was a perfect space for our family. The location is amazing, with a short walk to town for all the restaurants, a short walk to the Shadow Mountain chairlift and an even shorter walk to the bus stop to Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. We really couldn't ask for a better combination. Chris was an incredible and responsive host. Whenever anything came up, he was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Location for all things Aspen!

My family and I stayed in this home for a nice ski vacation. the location couldn't be any better, close to the gondola and bus stops to go to other areas. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We had no need to have a car or worry about parking. (There is a garage and parking if needed though). There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and we all had a spacious room with comfortable beds to sleep in. The owners are very easy to work with and attentive to their guests. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great spot!

We had a great time at this house. The location is perfect, so nice to walk everywhere. Was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were so nice and easy to communicate!

We are a family that loves Aspen. We have been coming here since the late 80s (though our father visited Aspen once with his brother in the late 1940s!). This was a primary home for a period of time and is now a vacation home for our family.

Why they chose this property

This is a family home. We purchased the town home when it was constructed. and lived here full time for many years. It is used now by three generations in our family in the summer, fall and winter months. The reason we chose this town home was because it is located in the center of Aspen. You can walk to everything. The hiking trails on Aspen Mountain are literally across the street. The entrance to the bicycle routes are 3 blocks away. The Aspen Mountain Gondola is 3 blocks the other direction. Wagner Park, the biggest open space in Aspen, is one block away. The pedestrian malls are two blocks away. The public library, Carl’s Pharmacy, City Market and the skateboard park are a 5 minute walk (less on a skateboard!). And you can walk home from every restaurant in Aspen. You can park up to three cars on the property which gives you easy access to all the hiking, fishing, skiing and golf in and around Aspen. The two story top floor has a large kitchen that flows into the dining area, a patio off the kitchen with a barbecue grill, a living room with a 70” TV, a separate seating area with a gas fireplace and an outdoor patio.
