This beautiful penthouse apartment is the best situated in the front Isla Canela beach with fantastic sea views and in the block overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and offers the best access to the beachfront out. Property consist of 100 m interior space and 100 m outdoor terracing, penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor. Blackout blinds on all bedroom & living room windows. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool ,(the pool will remain open from 15th June to 15th September) 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7, with gardens, swimming and children pool in season, tennis court, paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve. . , 2 paddle tennis,1 tennis court, children play area, and landscaped gardens. Pets not allowed. Non smoking only.

THE BEACH: 7 kms of marvelous fine sandy beach and beautiful promenade, restaurants,paddle tennis, water sports, shopping areas and all the flavour of Andalusia. Enjoy Isla Canela´s Beaches and relax on their soft sand. Practice your favourite sport (paddle, tennis, golf sailing, fishing or whatever or simply looking at the marvelous landscape that Isla Canela offers to you.

RESTAURANTS : Many restaurants in the area, specialities are fresh sea fish, not expensive to dine out.

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Traumwohnung und wohl nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und lässt (fast)keine Wünsche übrig. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und der Sternenhimmel unvergleichlich. Man kann hier richtig toll Urlaub machen und sich rundum erholen. Der zur Anlage gehörende Pool war noch 2 Tage geöffnet als wir ankamen und ist top gepflegt. In diesem Urlaub waren die 2 in der Beschreibung erwähnten Fahrräder nicht da. Das ist etwas schade wenn man junge Erwachsene dabei hat. Die Wohnung ist ohne Auto schon etwas abgelegen. Auf dieser wundervollen Terrasse gibt es leider nur 2 Liegen. Das ist etwas wenig.

Das sind im Vergleich mit den Vorzügen dieser Wohnung aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Von dieser Terrasse möchte man nie weider runter. Sehr,sehr schön.

Ein wunderschönes luxuriöses Penthaus direkt am Strand.

Beautiful luxury penthouse situated directly at the beach.

Geeignet für mindestens 6 Personen / 3 Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten und Matratzen sowie zwei Vollbädern. Suitable for 6 + persons with 3 wonderful bedrooms with excellent beds and matrasses. 2 elegant bathrooms.

Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran und allen Notwendigkeiten : Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und weitere Ausstattung / Geschirr. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need: fridge, dich washer, oven, microwave. Nothing is missing.

Wohnzimmer mit sehr eleganten und bequemen Sofas , 2 TV, vorgelagerter Wintergarden mit einer riesigen Dachterrasse, beides unsere Favoriten. Livingroom with elegant furniture, 2 television sets, Veranda with a huge roof terrace with a Weber Grill Station ( Luxury).

Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur einige Schritte zum Meer, das Auto steht in der überdachten Garage mit Lift bis direkt vor die Wohnung.

Everything was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. A few steps to the beach, car in the garage with elevator direct to the apartment. We will certainly return and recommend it to our friends.

Most relaxing holidays!

The beach penthouse is a wonderful place for total relaxation! Beach or pool is the only hard decision you have to take while you are there!

We had a wonderful time in this charming, comfortable and wonderful place. The view over the ocean is simply marvellous! We enjoyed the spanish way of beach holidays with camerones & cerveza at noon, the afternoon siesta and tapas on the beach late in the evening.

Luxury right by the sea

This is one the nicest holiday homes in which we have ever stayed. The apartment is very comfortable with very high quality furniture and fittings and a great amount of space. We particularly loved the sun room and terrace and everywhere you could see and hear the sea.

The apartment complex has a very large nice swimming pool and the whole complex is very clean and well maintained with lovely gardens around it.

One of the highlights was to be so close to the beach - literally a stone's throw away. There is a very nice promenade which runs the 7km length of the beach. It is ideal for walking/running/cycling and bike hire is easily available from the nearby Biclandia.

There are a number of small shops within walking distance of the apartment for daily needs and larger supermarkets in nearby Ayamonte. The town, Ayamonte, is very pleasant with lots of restaurants, shops and some great markets.

Portugal is very close and we had lots of good day trips.

We would highly recommend this property.

A first class Penthouse

The description of the apartment is right on all counts. The apartment is clean, modern, spacious, clean, very well equipped and integrated into a well-maintained complex, on the 5th floor, in a large block. Through the newly installed satellite system almost all German TV channels to be received. In the living room a very well-functioning air-conditioning is installed.

In the complex is a large pool, and for babies, a small swimming pool and a small playground. The beach is really to reach in 70 meters.

A dream is the glazed terrace, air conditioning, as well as the sun terrace. The view is just awesome. The sea can be seen from three sides. And not only from the terrace. From the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, it is also visible. From early afternoon often a very strong and cold wind blowing. A sweater etc. is at this time never misplaced.

There are several upstream sandbanks, so that the flow and the waves arrive not quite as strong on the beach.

On foot, either directly along the beach, or on a paved path, Punta del Moral can be reached in 45 minutes. There are many small shops, bars and restaurants. In Isla Canela itself, there are three small supermarkets and several beach bars, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In 7 km Ayamonte is to achieve a slightly larger city. In the newly built shopping center La Plazza There are several clothing stores, a perfumery, a hairdresser and a well-stocked larger supermarket.

Ayamonte is quaint and pretty, a real Spanish town. There is a wide choice of good restaurants.

We had three weeks relaxing holiday and have and all around comfortable. We will definitely return.

A Wonderful apartment!

The apartment was everything and more. The description of the apartment was accurate. It was clean, modern, spacious and really well equipped and in a great block with fabulous facilities. There were even beach chairs and a parasol to use. The pools opening times meant that there were peaceful mornings and a perfect quiet time in the afternoon. The beach was within 5 minutes. The beach near the "Isla Kanela sailing club" was our favourite (20 mins walk), with amazing Kite surfers to watch and sports to take part in.

The wind that Isla Canela experiences was a perfect antedote to the searing heat and the nearby shops and restaurants meant you didn't have to go far in the car. The esplanade is great for runners and cyclists (although we were sad that the apartment didn't have the bikes pictured).

We had such a relaxing holiday, felt truly in Spain, with mostly Spanish holiday goers staying in the apartment block. The beach bars were great, with really fantastic fish. Chiringuito Bombadill was our favourite, and the one nearest the apartment.

Ayamonte was quaint and pretty, a real Spanish town. There were also a big selection of restaurants. We got the ferry to Portugal for the day which was fun, had lunch in Portugal and a wander and then back to the pool.

Would go back in a flash and certainly recommend the property to anyone.

Isla Canela is the tourist area par excellence of Spain: Andalusia. 7 km of marvelous fine sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade with restaurants, water sports. Shopping areas and all of the flavour of Andalusia. Isla Canela golf course is about 2 kms with the most modern facilities: an eighteen-hole par 72, a practice course with putting green. The nearest airport is Faro Portugal which is 50 km to the west, with loads of cheap flights. Seville, to the east is just over one hour away and Cadiz about an hour an a half. Isla Canela is a peaceful, largely under development natural island linked by a bridge to Ayamonte, just inside the Spanish border close to Portugal. It enjoys an exceptional average climate of 20-25 degrees with gentle breezes and over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year

Golf: In Isla Canela you will find a magnificent golf course set among beautiful countryside. It is designed to entertain all members of the family to enjoy the season or to withdraw absolutely to enjoy life...and of course golf. The club the most modern facilities: an eighteen-hole par 72 course, a practice course with putting green, a social club and a permanent school for those who are beginning. It´s gentle slopes with sand dunes and woody groves and its average temperature of 20º C ( 68º F) guarantee enjoyment all year round.
