This beautiful penthouse apartment is the best situated in the front Isla Canela beach with fantastic sea views and in the block overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and offers the best access to the beachfront out. Property consist of 100 m interior space and 100 m outdoor terracing, penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor. Blackout blinds on all bedroom & living room windows. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool ,(the pool will remain open from 15th June to 15th September) 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7, with gardens, swimming and children pool in season, tennis court, paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve. . , 2 paddle tennis,1 tennis court, children play area, and landscaped gardens. Pets not allowed. Non smoking only.

THE BEACH: 7 kms of marvelous fine sandy beach and beautiful promenade, restaurants,paddle tennis, water sports, shopping areas and all the flavour of Andalusia. Enjoy Isla Canela´s Beaches and relax on their soft sand. Practice your favourite sport (paddle, tennis, golf sailing, fishing or whatever or simply looking at the marvelous landscape that Isla Canela offers to you.

This beautiful penthouse apartment has a glazed terrace where is a large sofa , dinning table seating 8, and tv. This terrace has air conditioning, has also another outdoor terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. The apartment also has an underground parking space for one car which is accessed directly from the lift. Secure entry system, and blackout blinds on all bedroom and living room.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable, l'appartement idéalement située est très bien équipé et très propre, il est décoré avec goût et bénificie d'une vue magnifique. La résidence est très bien équipée et entretenue, piscine, tennis parking. La mer n'est pas dangeureuse pour les enfants et les plages sont immenses. Je recommande cette location.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views

This property was absolutely great for our 8 night stay. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well furnished throughout. It boasts a large balcony that provided our family with a great space to enjoy the surrounding views on offer. The apartment included a BBQ that we found very useful. During our stay the weather was mixed and often windy for parts of each day. The glazed indoor area provided a brilliant area for dining on these occasions while maintaining the outdoor ambience.

The facilities including the apartment, apartment complex, car park and in particular the pool are maintained to a high standard. The pool overall is safe, enclosed and controlled by a life guard when open. The kids loved it.

The general area is quite overall and so is dedicated to a more relaxing holiday that we were happy with. The beach while beautiful has many shells that can be uncomfortable under foot. The water is quite shallow and while we were there was clouded by sand. That said it was very safe and not overcrowded.

Thanks Almudena for all your help. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Very nice holidays in this brilliant, well-equipped penthouse! First row view on fifth floor towards the ocean, nice restaurants nearby.

Excellent.

Apartment exactly as described and with wonderful views.

Kitchen is very well equipped.

Plenty of space for 6 adults to stay, but only 4 sun loungers on the terrace.

Comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space, lovely bathrooms.

Would definatley recommend a stay here.

Lovely walks along the promenade - either way from the apartment.

A very relaxed feel everywhere.

A shaded parking space was a good bonus.

An ideal base for exploring Spain & Portugal or for just relaxing on the terrace or beach.

Isla canela tours were very helpful for any queries we had.

Wonderful holidays

We really enjoyed our first stay in Isla Canela and in this lovely apartment. We felt very comfortable and already look forward for a next stay in this beautyful accomodation next year.

The only little thing we slightly missed were seat cushions for the chairs on the terrace. But overall everything was really perfect!

Isla Canela is the tourist area par excellence of Spain: Andalusia. 7 km of marvelous fine sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade with restaurants, water sports. Shopping areas and all of the flavour of Andalusia. Isla Canela golf course is about 2 kms with the most modern facilities: an eighteen-hole par 72, a practice course with putting green. The nearest airport is Faro Portugal which is 50 km to the west, with loads of cheap flights. Seville, to the east is just over one hour away and Cadiz about an hour an a half. Isla Canela is a peaceful, largely under development natural island linked by a bridge to Ayamonte, just inside the Spanish border close to Portugal. It enjoys an exceptional average climate of 20-25 degrees with gentle breezes and over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year

Golf: In Isla Canela you will find a magnificent golf course set among beautiful countryside. It is designed to entertain all members of the family to enjoy the season or to withdraw absolutely to enjoy life...and of course golf. The club the most modern facilities: an eighteen-hole par 72 course, a practice course with putting green, a social club and a permanent school for those who are beginning.
