A lovely newly constructed 3 bedroom property located in Bequia Estates an exclusive luxury villa enclave with simply fantastic ocean views over Admiralty Bay and Princess Margaret beach.

Curved Infinity Pool & Terrace -

The key feature of this property is the beautiful curved infinity pool and terrace which drops away to stunning views out over Admiralty Bay.

The Pool is 30 ft long by 14 ft wide / approx 5.5 ft deep throughout with 3 entrance steps to sit at different levels.

Gorgeous Single Level - Open Plan Property -

The property is calm and on one single level - a wonderful villa for close family to enjoy together. The layout is open-plan with a spacious central living area that has panoramic ocean views across the generous pool deck.

The property enjoys a beautifully balance layout with a generous  dining and lounge area.

TV with cable and a dvd player is provided along with a huge selection of films to watch, including some very up to date. A Bluetooth speaker is provided for guests to stream their music.

The kitchen is to the rear of this lovely open plan space.

All Bedrooms Are Ocean Facing. -

The Master bedroom enjoys one end of the property for maximum privacy and has its very own covered deck.

The 2 guest bedrooms are on the other side opening out to outside terrace. All bedrooms have full height opening french windows with unobstructed views of the sea

3 Double Bedrooms for 6 guests - All En-suite With AC & Wifi -

Master Bedroom:

• Super Kingsize bed 6ft wide by 6ft 6 inches long

Guest Bedroom:

• Queen bed 5ft wide by 6ft 6 inches long

Twin Guest room:

• Twin beds  - each 3 ft wide by 6ft 6 inches long / can be pushed together to form a very comfortable double if you prefer.

Tropical Planting and Mangos For You to Pick -

5 large mango trees to rear of property, also sapadillos / limes  - the Owners are keen to ensure the Gardens are well tended and there are more tropical trees being planted.....

Float Up Above It All - Extreme Views -

The views from this property are quite exceptional - the land falls quickly away to the front of the property and you have superb views out over the bay with Yachts and activity below.

The views are stunning during the day as well as at night with pretty sparkling lights.

Weekly Maid service is 2 or 3 times per week -

This is included in the rental fee - if you wish to have any personal laundry done then this can be arranged directly with the maid. Extra visits can be arranged ($50EC).

Laundry -

The maid offers personal laundry service for a fee of $5 for each load. Guests do not have access to the facilities.

There is an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom cupboard and all items are hung outside to dry.

Child Friendly Above 12 -

Well behaved children above the age of 12 are welcome at this property, although it is important to note

that the pool area does not have railings.

Families with Under 12’s are not encouraged due to this drop from the pool. Definitely no under 6 year olds permitted - contact us for more details.

Generous Kitchen -

The Spice House has a well equipped kitchen:

6 burner gas stove and a range of appliances.

Large US style fridge / freezer is very capacious so can hold all you need for your stay.

Catering is a pleasure at The Spice House. If you wish to have your stay catered - let us know and we can arrange for a local chef to cater for your group
