This exceptional Lakefront Pool Home is located in a small and quaint community in Northwest Bradenton.

Sit on the freshly remodeled pool deck, relax in the sparkling heated pool and enjoy the views of the lake!

The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless side-by-side refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/range and stainless microwave and granite counters.

The large living areas with vaulted ceilings and illumination skylights opens up to a bright and shiny Florida room, both rooms offering beautiful water views.

The home has a split plan with a spacious master suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins.

Free high speed wireless internet.

Electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Base rate is good for up to 4 guests. Please enter your dates and number of guests for a detailed quote.

A Villa that needs cleaning, decorating and maintenance.

A well situated property, albeit the internal was a bit spartan i.e. it is not a home that is loved or lived in. Pool side needs power cleaned and repainted - flaking paint needed swept often to stop flakes going into the pool or into the property, and the metal work needs washed to remove green moss. Gutters above garage need cleaned out to stop overflow when it rains. Hurricane shutters came loose in wind and could not be secured - probably no longer meet hurricane insurance requirements. Some netting was loose and needed power washed. Fencing looked in need of replacement. And the outside stucco walls need painted. Stains on master bedroom carpets did not impress. So overall a nicely situated villa, badly in need of TLC. We would not recommend this villa.

Not the Best experience

Booked and paid for one month stay as we are regular visitors to the area.Place was okay but the interior furnishings would not do justice to garden furniture and the linen was very poor standard."PILLOWS " were the size of cushions and on a king bed appeared silly.There were no instructions on ,the rubbish collection, the TV of which the two sets were completely different and I had to turn into inspector clousseau to find the telephone number of the premises .Overall I feel I totally overpaid for the worst accommodation I have ever had in the area.Stayed 30oct to 28nov.

Nice Place

I was in town for work and getting this place was cheaper than a hotel and I could cook my own meals. The place was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking wares. I had a few questions and used the ticketing system. Answers were prompt. This place would be great for a family vacation. Really close to the Island! Wish I had more time to explore the area.

It did the job

The house was well situated for all of the events we had planned in Tampa, Bradenton, Lakeland, & Clearwater. 40 minutes to and hour to each. We also went to Anna Maria Island, 15 minutes away, and it was beautiful! As for the house, its dated but neat and cleanish. The property manager took 2 days to respond to 2 issues we had. Luckily my husband was able to fix the kitchen faucet because the dishwasher wasn't usable. We could have definitely used more than one kitchen garbage bag and some clear instructions as to what we should do with trash as there was no outside trash bin. Otherwise, this house was spacious enough for the 4 of us and had what we needed to prepare meals.
