A newly furnished and decorated, 2nd floor apartment in quiet block on seafront. South-facing balcony with lovely views of Hythe Bay. Superb accommodation for 4 people. 1st bedroom with king-size bed, sea views and en-suite shower/w.c. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and sea view. Family bathroom with bath/shower. Hair-dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, tumble -dryer and iron. A large sunny lounge with dining area, leather sofas, TV and DVD/CD player, and French windows on to the balcony. Internet access. Private parking for 2 cars. Video entry phone. Access via stairs or lift. Full linen, towels and beach towels supplied and changed weekly. An ideal location from which to explore the South East or even a visit to France. Relax on the beach, stroll along the promenade or row along the Royal Military Canal (Easter onwards). Easy walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and local amenities.

The accommodation and service was first class.The location effectively on the promenade and very close to the nearby Military Canal provided us with the perfect place for walks and cycle riding (recommend "the Hub" cycle hire in Sandgate just along the coast). The whole family (two adults and two teenage girls) fully recommend this apartment and surrounding area as an ideal location for visiting the many places on offer in Kent and East Sussex; we visited Whitstable, Canterbury, Rye, Battle, Dungeness, Lydd and had a great afternoon at Camber Sands. Also try Port Lympne Wildlife Park.

Joanna made us feel extremely welcome and was very helpful recommending local facilities: swimming pool, tennis courts, shopping and restaurants - Italian Trattoria in High Street was great, also try Sotirio's in Hythe, and Tinto Tapas in Sandgate. Additionally, the personalised Welcome Pack was great.

A very special thank you to Joanna for all her help and the very warm welcome, facilitating an excellent and very enjoyable stay.

Thank you to Joanna for being so helpful. We had a lovely stay in a superb apartment.

Great views and lots of walking along the promenade. So handy for walking into Hythe as well with lots of little shops and restaurants. Very close to the Hythe Imperial Hotel which has a spa. I treated myself to a day pass and had a relaxing time swimming and sitting in the really warm jacuzzi. A good break for us. Regards. Hilary and Fred.

Stunning location, well equipped flat.

This is a very well equipped comfortable flat with everything you need provided.

The welcome pack and meet and greet is a lovely touch as we're the fresh flowers on the table.

The location right in the sea front with views from every room is the icing on the cake. Hythe village is very pretty and there are some pretty good restaurants close by and a fabulous fish and chip shop just around the corner.

What a brilliant apartment! Joanna was a delight to meet, and having a 'welcome pack' was a really nice touch. There is nothing missing here, the views are fantastic, parking is a breeze and sitting on the balcony is magical. Everything is close by yet its so easy to get out and about to see all the interesting places in Kent/Sussex - oh, and France as the Eurostar goes from Ashford (just a short drive away) We will certainly stay here again when we visit the UK, many thanks Joanna.

Perfect for our first family trip!

It was our first break away with our (then!) 4 month old baby, and we couldn't have chosen a better apartment.

As others have stated the quality of the apartment is faultless, in fact it truly felt like a lovely home away from home. The layout of the apartment works perfectly, with plenty of space, utensils, equipment and all the mod cons you could wish for. For me personally I could never tire of the views, every window has a sea view! Very very relaxing but with easy access to everything you could need either in Hythe or Folkestone!

As parents with a baby we were keen to make sure we had enough space, easy access, parking, close to amenities and a place that is comfortable/relaxing for us to ensure we had a break away too! This apartment more than met our hopes. The designated parking spaces and lift (although it is only a few stairs) meant hassle free unloading! Whilst the promenade (directly in front of the apartment) was perfect for the buggy so we all had plenty of sea air!

We truly had a wonderful break and would definitely like to return again in the future.
