Born, raised and married in the Greater Cincinnati area, we just celebrated our 40th anniversary in the tri-state. Our background and education includes design, architecture, building and renovation of homes to their original grandeur. When we found this gem we knew immediate this would be a home we could retire to but for now it is perfect for a visiting family, corporate relocation, or just a home away from home.
Owner purchased this House in 2011
Why Owner chose Bellevue
We chose this home because it offers quaint urban living and big city excitement all within walking distance of our marvelous riverfront. This home offers original wood trim and flooring, working pocket doors, 10' high ceilings, original fireplaces and a comfortable kitchen.
What makes this House unique
Completely furnished large rooms, 2 furnished bedrooms, den (can be used as a 3rd bedroom), 3rd floor open to all possibilities, new appliances, central air conditioning, gas heat, lovely front porch and additional outdoor living space.

Clean and convenient
Great experience. Great location, great location for quickly visiting downtown Cincinnati and tourist spots!
This is a charming historic property that I would very much recommend to anyone. It is very convenient to the interstate, groceries, and tourist sites.
A great extended weekend visit at the perfect location.
My adult family was in the Greater Cincinnati area for a wedding and a family reunion. Jane's house is a perfect location to access downtown Cincinnati and the towns of Northern Kentucky. Everything we needed was easily accessible whether a short ride or within walking distance. The house was perfect for our adult family of 5 and baby grandchild, and it's historic charm left us wanting. what a beautiful house. Jane was very accommodating and even provided a pack n play for our use. Her instructions and amenities made this long weekend very easy on us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jane.
Very beautiful home! Very convenient to downtown and Xavier University. Absolutely loved staying here!!
The house had everything we needed and tons of room for the whole family. The owners answered messages quickly and were great to work with, I would visit again and recommend.
