Location, Location, Location!!!!

We were a group of 6 of in town for a re-union, St Patricks’ day Festivities, and RBS 6 Nations Rugby Match.

Pat (the owner) made the reservation and payment process extremely easy prior to arrival. I found him to be very responsive to the original inquiry and to subsequent email questions. Upon arrival he was (as many other reviews here will attest) extremely welcoming, meeting us in person and taking his own time to orientate us; both to the apartment (where to find things/how things work etc.) as well as to Dublin itself.

This apartment is EXACTLY as advertised and has everything you will need including lots of items that do not always come with a rental (dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll for example). Critically for a group with no car it was ideally located for all the things we had planned as group – located centrally with:

• Most activities/attractions within 10 minutes’ walk (admittedly the Aviva stadium is further away but an enjoyable pre-match pub crawl addressed that)

• Lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, bistros, coffee shops, and a supermarket within 2 minutes’ walk.

• Well connected to public transport and cabs easily attainable outside

• The 24 hours on site concierge providing security, a place to leave your suitcase, someone to answer questions and phone for a cab (if by some chance there isn’t one visible right outside)

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to prospective renters and should I find myself coming to Dublin in the future – I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Apartment.

Good size apartment with a good view over dublin skyline and in front of the old Jameson distillery tower, with two bathrooms and separate toilet,(no queue on the morning for everyone to get ready). nicely located for tourism. (Guinness warehouse@10min, temple and trinity college @20min).

Wonderful

Family holiday vacation was fantastic thanks to this wonderful rental. The photos were exactly what we expected. Six adults and plenty of room. Pat was wonderful, answered all our questions had all the amenities we needed having a washing machine and all items needed to cook was great. The location was perfect to access any area of the city. Highly recommend. The Cobblestone bar on the corner has awesome local talent every night.

Great stay, too short

A wonderful place to stay for visiting Dublin. Only regret is having to cut our stay by one day thanks to Lufthansa pilots striking. Very comfortable place to stay and felt like a local. The Fresh grocery store was so close and convenient. A great place to stay for 5 adults, only thing I would change would be to ask Pat how the heaters worked. Figured it out after one day, but that night was cooler than usual but more than enough blankets to sleep comfortably. Great location for touring, light rail station and bus stops are 1-2 blocks away and the airport bus drop off is 4 blocks away.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location....

The property was superb. Everything we needed and more. The décor was lovely and it was spacious. Pat (the owner) was great and sooooo helpful!! He was a really lovely gentleman. The location was great - just a 15 min walk to the centre - where it all happens! The apartment was clean and we didn't even harm ourselves when coming off the stepladder when looking for the non-existent cobwebs!! Ha ha. Will definitely be back.....
