It offers peace and quiet in nature and is located just 15-20 minutes south of the Wasagaming Townsite. Situated close to the forest's edge at the southern tip of the resort you will wake up to birdsongs and a stunning wildflower meadow. A privately groomed trail meanders right from your cabin door and loops through the forest for a 2.1 km hike.
Just a short scenic drive away from the action at beautiful Riding Mountain National Park, you are sure to enjoy the best of both worlds. This cabin has also recently been featured in 'The Cottager Magazine' for its uniqueness, charm and stellar setting. This cabin is fully stocked with: fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Also supplied are silky bambo sheets, blankets, towels (except beach), toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, dish soap, bar soap, saran, tinfoil, coffee filters, salt, pepper and sugar. The drinking water is also excellent... straight from the tap!

This cabin is open from May to October each year and can be rented for two nights or greater. However during the summer months of July and August we prefer weekly bookings (Friday to Friday)... but will entertain all inquiries. If you cannot manage a full week and can arrange to split your week with another party (family or friends), we would be pleased to accommodate you. (Please inquire further about details.) Also on long-weekends during the off-season there is a 3 night minimum policy.
Land of lakes and forests, this area is rich with an abundance of wildlife and is home to the great grey owl. There is a creek just minutes from your cabin as well as a groomed hiking trail that meanders across the wildflower meadow, down through the valley and into the cover of a cool spruce forest. Nature enthusiasts love it here!
Riding Mountain National Park is just a scenic 20 minute drive away where the possibilies are endless. Complete with a large Clear Lake for swimming and boating, the townsite itself dates back to the 1930's and is a charming hub of actities, restaurants and shops. Stop in at the Visitor Centre where friendly park interpreters will be pleased to provide any information you may need.
