3 Bedroom house in Exclusive Development. Sleeps 6. Private enclosed garden.

The Falls is a luxury development of 20 properties that captures the essence of Caribbean living while providing privacy and security. The open plan ground floor is furnished in a contemporary Caribbean style with ceiling fans and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas leading on to the covered patio and private enclosed garden, ideal for sheltered and cool dining. The lounge features cable TV with large LCD TV, DVD, ipod player and wireless internet.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are air conditioned with en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom features a Super King sized bed.

Use the Communal club house with pool, changing rooms and fitness suite or take a short 5 minute trip to the Sandy Lane beach or the Beach House. Water sports are available at the nearby Paynes Bay whilst golf is well served by a number of courses all less than 30 mins drive away. At night there is a wide range of local restaurants from Bajan through to famous gourmet restaurants.

The house ideally located on the famed west coast near the Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf course. Includes communal pool, clubhouse, fitness suite and 24 hour gated security with private beach access at the Beach House. The elegantly finished townhouse is superbly equipped and includes a private garden area and sheltered terrace for alfresco dining. Ideally located minutes away from Holetown for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to golf courses and Bridgetown.

Fantastic villa, could not be faulted!

This villa was exactly as described - clean, modern, fully kitted out and in a lovely, calm and peaceful area. The pool area was usually empty and was extremely well located. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is also very well located so that you can walk into Holetown within 10 minutes, and there is also a bus stop within a couple of minutes' walk. We actually used the villa as a base from where my daughter was married and it was a lovely location for this as well. Thoroughly recommended.

Great propert and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed the Falls. The home is beautiful and well kept. The bedrooms are nice size, especially the master suite. Each room having its own bathroom was also a great feature. One of our favorite things about the property was the patio. We opened the double doors to the patio each evening and enjoyed sitting out there with our family. It is so beautifully constructed and a beautiful feature. The children loved the monkey visitors each morning. The beach house membership was great and we were very close to the market and beaches etc. We had no idea where to stay in Barbados and after taking a tour of the island believe we had the perfect location. The staff were very helpful and the 24 hour security feature was peace of mind. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Great property in a super location

We had a family holiday in this property, the house is clean, very well appointed and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Accommodation is spacious and all of the bedrooms have aircon (with movement sensors). Within 5 minutes of our arrival we had monkeys walking along the wall behind the house

The shared pool is quite small but during our stay we were the only people ever in it so this was not a problem.

We had a great holiday in the house and we are already planning our next visit.

A beautiful property

This is the fifth time we have stayed at the property and it just continues to keep on giving! Both the property and the surrounding gated community are maintained to an excellent level.The on site staff are very pleasant and helpful particularly Sandra who will go out of her way to assist .We are already looking at when we can revisit next year. Beautiful home beautiful island of Barbados and we would recommend it to anybody wanting a first class holiday in a first class property.

Lovely place and great location.

This is our second time staying at villa 15. The location is perfect. Close to all the best restaurants, shopping and most importantly the beach. Paynes Bay beach is across the main street.

The villa is very clean and amenities are well maintained. My husband and I are very particular when it comes to accommodations. This place meets all of our expectations .

Car: recommended

Sandy Lane beach is approximately 5 mins walk away. The Beach House is 5 mins by car and other west coast beaches such as Paynes Bay and Mullins take about 10 minutes by car or public transport. Both Paynes Bay and Mullins offer lively beach bars, water sports and sun chairs for hire.

Grantley Adams International Airport is about 40 mins drive away. We would recommend hiring a car during your stay. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced (about US $45 from the airport). We are happy to help you in this process. The local “yellow” buses are part of the Bajan experience and are very frequent. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

The closest shops are a 5 min walk away at Sunset Crest including Bank, doctors surgery and cafe. Holetown is 15 mins walk away and includes supermarket, restaurants and Duty free shopping at Limegrove (Louis Vuiton, Armani etc). Bridgetown is 15 mins by car. Diving, surfing schools, zip wiring, caves, sugar plantation house are all in the locality.

Golf: The property is ideally located for golf with Sandy Lane Golf and Country Club and its three courses less than 2 minutes away. Further courses include Royal Barbados Golf Club, Rockley Golf Club and Royal Westmoreland. All these courses are less than 30 minutes drive away and all welcome visitors.
