The Falls is a luxury development of 20 properties that captures the essence of Caribbean living while providing privacy and security. The open plan ground floor is furnished in a contemporary Caribbean style with ceiling fans and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas leading on to the covered patio and private enclosed garden, ideal for sheltered and cool dining. The lounge features cable TV with large LCD TV, DVD, ipod player and wireless internet.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are air conditioned with en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom features a Super King sized bed.

Use the Communal club house with pool, changing rooms and fitness suite or take a short 5 minute trip to the Sandy Lane beach or the Beach House. Water sports are available at the nearby Paynes Bay whilst golf is well served by a number of courses all less than 30 mins drive away. At night there is a wide range of local restaurants from Bajan through to famous gourmet restaurants.

The house ideally located on the famed west coast near the Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf course. Includes communal pool, clubhouse, fitness suite and 24 hour gated security with private beach access at the Beach House. The elegantly finished townhouse is superbly equipped and includes a private garden area and sheltered terrace for alfresco dining. Ideally located minutes away from Holetown for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to golf courses and Bridgetown.

The property is managed by Barbados Sotheby's. Upon arrival at the property they will meet and greet you and arrange for groceries and any other requests you may have.

Outside furniture includes a round dining table with six chairs, a sun lounger and a Weber BBQ. There is also a shaded car port. The communal pool is approximately 20’ by 15’ and has sun loungers, parasols and gazebo. Linen, bath and hand towels and soap are furnished. Maid service included every 5 days. Internal safe on 1st floor landing.

Fabulous home from home! Great Location.

We have just spent a week at this lovely house.Great location for a morning jog around the beautiful golf course and close to several great beaches by car.

The house is very well equipped and has a lovely outside eating area where birds and monkeys visit to enhance your holiday!

Pool area I. Complex and gym are great to use, all the staff we met were so friendly and helpful.

Easy walk into Holetown which has several great restaurants The Beach Club and a fab refurbished supermarket.

The Sandycrest medical centre is first class as well which you don’t plan to use in holiday, we had to and it’s reassuring to know that its efficient.

We hope to return again and despite having been to this area of Barbados several times 15 The Falls will be our first choice in future!

Excellent spacious, modern and well equipped property

We spent 10 days in Barbados and had a fantastic time. The house was modern, well looked after and well sited near the beach and a short (15 min) walk to the club house and the supermarket. Several restaurants were in walking distance but the Reggae bus-stops were close by which we used when we were feeling less energetic. The pool on site was very convenient and usually shared with no more that 2 or 3 others (often no-one). We didn't use the fitness room but it was nice to know it was there if we wanted it! The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and very helpful. We didn't hire a car, instead, used the buses which gave an authentic experience. However our children are 14+ and so well able to walk in the heat, you might want to consider car rental if you have younger children. We also have a friend living in Barbados who took us to the South coast and booked 'Sam the Man' to take us round the whole of the island, so that we didn't miss out. I would strongly recommend this property and would definitely return to Barbados and use The Falls again.

Excellent choice near Holetown

The residence, grounds, staff, location, and experience was great. We've been to Barbados many times and have always stayed in the Sunset Crest area. This was our first time at this residence. The owner was easy to deal with, accomodating, and friendly. The staff is professional and courteous. The residence is modern, nice and clean, and ideally located. We had four adults and really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. Everything else is an easy drive through the country roads. We highly recommend this home to rent on your holiday in Barbados.

Fabulous time

This is my 5th time in Barbados and this property is definitely my favourite. It is so well placed to get to beaches, shops and restaurants. My partner and I had a great time swimming with the turtles, doing some water sports (sort of), eating out and popping out to watch the sun go down. The property was great and a couple of days we stayed in and had the pool to ourselves. We also made use of the alfresco dining area which was has a nice covered area. The property is also very quiet as it is not on the roadside and has everything and more that we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Luxury Accommodation

We stayed at The Falls for 12 nights with my two small children, my 18 year old stepson and my parents. The house is definately luxury accommodation. It is well furnished with all equipment you need. The house felt spacious even with all of us in it! It is in a beautifully well kept street with helpful, pleasant staff. We loved having the supermarket just down the road and the Chattel village shops were lovely too.

We regularly used the Beach House and my little boy loved the pool. When we arrived Barbados had suffered quite a nasty storm and the sea was very rough for a few days. So using the pool was a great advantage.

Communication was spot on and using the HomeAway website was flawless.

Lovely , high quality house. Well worth the money. Would recommend.

Car: recommended

Sandy Lane beach is approximately 5 mins walk away. The Beach House is 5 mins by car and other west coast beaches such as Paynes Bay and Mullins take about 10 minutes by car or public transport. Both Paynes Bay and Mullins offer lively beach bars, water sports and sun chairs for hire.

Grantley Adams International Airport is about 40 mins drive away. We would recommend hiring a car during your stay. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced (about US $45 from the airport). We are happy to help you in this process. The local “yellow” buses are part of the Bajan experience and are very frequent. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

The closest shops are a 5 min walk away at Sunset Crest including Bank, doctors surgery and cafe. Holetown is 15 mins walk away and includes supermarket, restaurants and Duty free shopping at Limegrove (Louis Vuiton, Armani etc). Bridgetown is 15 mins by car. Diving, surfing schools, zip wiring, caves, sugar plantation house are all in the locality.

Golf: The property is ideally located for golf with Sandy Lane Golf and Country Club and its three courses less than 2 minutes away. Further courses include Royal Barbados Golf Club, Rockley Golf Club and Royal Westmoreland. All these courses are less than 30 minutes drive away and all welcome visitors.
