6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms between 3 Apartments. Suits extended family/large groups

Large villa with private swimming pool & parking spaces for 2 cars. Located on edge of Nerja, yet close enough to walk to the beach in a couple minutes and the town centre in 20 mins. Split into 3 self contained apartments, each with Internet access throughout, private sun terraces & dramatic sea & mountain views. Sleeps 12 people comfortably and 14 when using sofa beds or fold up beds.

Suitable for large groups of 2 or 3 families/generations etc, who want to go on holiday together, but can still have their own space at any time.

Can be rented out on an individual basis to smaller groups of people. The large pool is surrounded by ample terrace & is sectioned off with toughened glass which, when in the pool, gives an 'infinity effect'. Almost every room has fantastic sea views & watching the sunrise/set over Nerja is unforgettable. Superb condition throughout. Has all you need. Larger groups eg, sports clubs, wedding parties, etc can be catered for by combining the next door ‘Orange Villa’ 416227 to sleep 24 - 26 people but book early to ensure availability.

Safety, Security & Extras: Securely gated all around. Outdoor lighting throughout inc, pool area. Smoke alarms throughout. High chairs/cots etc, can be obtained on request. Most windows have persianas. We can arrange food hampers/welcome packs, car hire and airport transfers as optional extras. A service technician is contactable every day should you discover any malfunctions. All air-con systems also supply hot air heating. Ample parking for up to 2 vehicles. Large BBQ and BBQ equipment on separate terrace

Outside: The swimming pool and surrounding terraced areas are not overlooked, making them really private so you are free to totally relax and unwind. An outdoor shower area is provided for your hygiene. Landscaped garden terraces are decked with a beautiful array of wonderfully coloured plants and flowers, each area designed specifically with that Mediterranean feel. A huge lower terrace lends itself to a fabulous BBQ area which is a must for gathering together in the warm summer evenings. Our large free-standing BBQ has served up many a treat and had plenty of compliments. Enjoy! There are numerous terraces to list them all individually. A seperate utility area houses two washing machines for your convenience and of course drying is never a problem in this sun drenched costa. Regular pool maintenance is carried out once weekly ensuring our pool is kept as clean as possible. Parking for 2 cars inc, carport.

It's only a 4 minute walk to a beautiful, quieter area of the beach.

Larger Groups Catered For: Casa Lola also owns the next door 'Orange Villa' (Villa Naranja) ref no - 416227, which can sleep up to a further 12 people (total 26), meaning larger groups can be catered for eg, golf clubs, fishing clubs, walking clubs, wedding parties etc. Should you be interested in such a booking, contact the owner at your earliest convenience. These villas have proved to be very popular and large parties need to be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment.

The Jewel of Nerja

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children aged 14, 12, and 10. Previous holidays include European city trips, luxury cruises, Orlando, Caribbean, and trips all over the world however we found staying in Casa Lola the most relaxed holiday we have ever taken. After making our booking, Mari the owner, provided us with excellent advice and information about booking flights, car hire options along with places to visit and eat etc. The little apprehension of the prospect of spending 10 days in a villa in one place was totally removed when we took the short, pleasurable flight to Malaga, collected the hire car and arrived at Casa Lola. The roads were excellent and with our sat nav and Mari's directions the journey was easy. The villa and pool were fantastic. The views and location to the beach super. We were delighted to find a good range of cooking equipment available, a bonus for us with a dairy free/gluten free 12 year old. We thoroughly loved spending family time at the pool and beach, having the hire car was essential to be able to shop (lidl was excellent for sin gluten) and to enjoy sight seeing the surrounding areas. Highlights include: Aquavelis water park, pedalo's on Burriana Beach, a trip to the Marina del este and Frigiliana and evenings on the Balcon de Europa! One comment I must make: Although darker and larger sand particles than expected it was a real pleasure to stay on the beach as we found it did not fly about and irritate every orifice! We loved Casa Lola and Nerja for being so relaxing and look forward to enjoying it again.

Paradise away from home

We were a group of three families traveling together, so this house with three apartments was perfect for us! We also have children who were happy to be playing in the pool. The facilities were perfect for us and the house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The view from the house is fabulous as you can see the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other. The manager of the house was only a phone call away and could provide a travel cot and a high chair at short notice. The beach is close and in the close vicinity there are many restaurants with good food and entertainment. We also went to see the caves, which are amazing.

We can sincerely recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect vacation!

Stunning views

What a fantastic holiday we had .The villa lay out being separate apartments was ideal for our large group of family and friends who wanted to stay together but also have their own space .All our queries leading up to the hokiday were answered immediately ,Mari and Alex couldn't have been more helpful if they tried !! We will definitely be returning ..

Fantastic Villa with wonderful views

Recently returned from staying in this Villa with my family including a young child and grand-parent. We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The first thing we noticed was the excellent location, just 20 mins walk away from Nerja centre and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We met Alix (from El Avalon Hotel) on arrival to pick up the keys and she showed us around.

The accommodation was great and very comfortably slept the 4 of us. The pool area was superb and cooling after a spot of sunbathing on the terrace, even with our young child we felt it very safe with them playing near the pool area.

Overall, the Villa suited our every need and we would like to come back here in future.

Thanks to Mari for helping us organise our first family holiday in the sun. (even in late September)

Lovely house, stunning views, perfect for us!

We rented Casa Lola for one week, we were a group of 8, 4 couples, 2 from Glasgow, Scotland and 2 from Ohio, USA on their first visit to Spain. The accommodation consists of the main house and 2 flats and worked perfectly for us, plenty of space to spread out, with a lovely lounge/dining area to meet up and socialise in. The house is lovely, the pool area is great and the views are stunning. It's an easy walk down to the beach but a good 25 minute walk to the nearest supermarket/shops. 2 very good beach bars are a 15 minute walk along the beach. Taxi service to the Balcon de Europa is excellent and costs 7 euros each way. The best thing about the location though is it's proximity (50 metres) to the wonderful Avalon Hotel and Restaurant. Alix and Kevin and all the staff are brilliant and the food is exquisite. The views from their outdoor terrace are amazing. All in all we had a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Casa Lola if you are looking for something flexible for a large family or a group of friends.

Wonderful villa, in a stuning location.

3 generations of our family stayed at these villa appartments to celebrate 3 birthdays (from 4 years to 60 years). It was wonderful for us all to stay together with everything we wanted or needed close at hand. The accomodation could not be faulted and was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the beach and several bars/restaurants. The view from the pool terrace was simply stunning. Mari made every aspect of booking very easy and friendly and was great answering all the questions that we had.We would happily recommend this property to friends and family.

Nerja is a unique coastal town which still has an 80% Spanish population. Its laws are such that developers are not allowed to build over a certain height, keeping it non-commercialised and charmingly authentic. The whitewashed, pedestrianised and cobble-stoned streets meander their way past the many small craft, artistic and local produce shops, where you will thoroughly enjoy strolling at your leisure. Nerja is famous firstly for, The palm fringed,'Balcon de Europa' (balcony of Europe) which is apparently, the only balcony into the Mediterranean sea and has beautifully, breathtaking, panoramic views of the whole coastline and the mountains. It is located in the town of Nerja and is lined with cafes, restaurants, craft shops etc. Well worth a visit!

Secondly for, Cueva de Nerja (the caves of nerja) discovered many years ago by a local young boy while playing, these caves are like something you would imagine from Tolkiens, 'Lord of the Rings'. An amazing discovery!

Other Activities: the caves of nerja

Golf: Many people in Nerja go to the nearest golf course in Velez Malaga approx 12 miles/18kms/15 mins away and very easily accessed via motorway. Some clubs will require your handicap certificate.

Ski: Skiing is very popular in the Sierra Nevada mountain range which is approx 1 hour 30 minutes drive away.
