*Testimonial taken from www.bathholidayrentals.com
The description given of the property, its facilities and photographic presentation was excellent. The property was extremely clean upon arrival and was very well-appointed. A minor initial problem with the bathroom was dealt with very efficiently and warmly by Robert, Alexa and Claire, and all three should acknowledged for their professionalism and care. The welcome pack was well chosen and generous. Its location was quiet and minutes from all of the attractions of central Bath. The parking permit was invaluable. The only slight reservation was the noise from the restaurant (Woods) beneath which affected us only on the Saturday of arrival and the following Friday. The disturbance was minor, however, and the restaurant caters for older, conservative customers. However, musical and sporting evenings were advertised and these might prove to be more intrusive in noise. The restaurant does close down around 11.00 to 11.30 and we were not unduly disturbed by it. Our stay was not in peak season and high season noise could be greater. The raised bedroom area with steps would not make it suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
We would definitely recommend this apartment, stay there again and intend to use Bath Holiday Rentals again this summer.
