2 bed 2 bath condo, in a quiet community with a pool
About Kelley Sullivan
I am a local Savannian. Born and raised on Wilmington Island. I live about 5 minutes from this property.
Kelley Sullivan purchased this Condo in 2007
Why Kelley Sullivan chose Wilmington Island
Location is perfect. Right between the beach and downtown. Plenty to do within minutes or enjoy a day at the pool.
What makes this Condo unique
You are half way between Tybee Island and Downtown Savannah. There are still several restaurant, bars, parks and things to do on Wilmington and Whitemarsh Islands but Tybee and Downtown are just a short drive or uber away.

The Condo was great and the owner was really nice.
The condo was great and I would have given it 5 stars but there was a strong cigarette smoke odor in the home. And the pool was awesome. A great experience!
Not what I hoped for
We signed up for a two month rental, Feb-Mar. In order to clear up some check-in issues prior to leaving, I placed a call to the owner, it went unanswered. A second call? the next day got the reply “I was too busy to call you back”- nice start very business like. E-mail response wasn’t any better, usually taking 2 days. Although the unit was clean it was dated and the maintenance sketchy. Upon arriving, a potentially hazardous needle tipped plant blocked the narrow condo entrance. No effort was made to correct the situation despite voicing my concern, eventually took care of it myself. Neither bath fan worked, later repaired by owner. The vent hose on the clothes dryer was disconnected, another item I fixed myself rather then rely on the owner. Two overhead fixtures needed light bulbs, waited ten days for the bulbs. The flat screen TV’s despite being HD, only receive a standard signal. I was told since we’re only staying 2 months we shouldn’t expect HD reception. Wi-fi is available but often frustratingly slow, like watching grass grow. Don’t want to be overly critical but it wasn’t quite the experience I had hoped for.
There was all, You really need! Thanks
