Orange Villa is an ultra modern villa with panoramic views of the sea & mountains! Located on the edge of Nerja in the beautiful Punta Lara, it is a 4 minute downhill walk to the beach, a 20 minute stroll into town along the beach or a 5 minute drive. There is internet access throughout. Parking for 2 cars. The accommodation comprises of, the main open plan villa (sleeps 4/5), complete with its stunning Italian kitchen, & an apartment underneath which sleeps a further 2/3 people. Sofa beds are provided. Ideally suited to groups who holiday together, yet can have their individual space when the need arises. The communal pool is within a short walking distance & has a snack bar & games among other facilities. Most rooms have fantastic sea views & watching the Nerja sunrise & set is unforgettable. This villa can be combined with Casa Lola (next door) Ref 416573 to sleep larger groups of up to 22 people.

Safety, Security & More: Securely gated all around. Outdoor lighting throughout. Smoke alarms throughout. Most windows have persianas. We can arrange food hampers/welcome packs, car hire and airport transfers as optional extras. A service technician is contactable every day should you discover any malfunctions. All air-con systems also supply hot air heating. Ample parking for up to 2 vehicles. Large BBQ and BBQ equipment on separate terrace

Outside: The floor level terrace has a free-standing BBQ and an outdoor dining table & chairs. Regular garden maintenance is carried out once fortnightly ensuring our garden & terraces are kept as tidy as possible.

It's only a 4 minute walk to a beautiful, quieter area of the beach.

Larger groups catered for: Orange Villa also owns the next door 'Casa Lola ref no - 416573, which can sleep up to a further 14 people (total 22), meaning larger groups can be catered for eg, golf clubs, fishing clubs, walking clubs, wedding parties etc. Should you be interested in such a booking, contact the owner at your earliest convenience. These villas have proved to be very popular and large parties need to be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment.

This property was absolutely gorgeous ... beautiful decor and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms ... the views are stunning, and the area is extremely peaceful ... the town and all the activity are near to hand if required ... Over all I would recommend this holiday villa and location very highly.

Wonderful !!

We had a wonderful holiday in Nerja. Orange Villa was the perfect base for our little adventure in the Costa del Sol. There was plenty of room for us all and was very clean. The views from the villa were outstanding mountains, town, sea and sand it was all there. The walk into Nerja wasn`t a problem and if you walk along the beech you can pop into one of the beech bars for a wee rest :). For that special night we booked El Avalon. Food atmos and service couldn`t fault it. Up the hill we watched the football in Punta Lara Bar. Great holiday

had by all. We`ll be back!! :)

Fantastic location with beautiful view!

We have just returned from the most amazing first family holiday at this villa. There were 4 of us in our party including our 18 month old daughter. The villa is well maintained, spacious and has the most beautiful views out over Nerja and the coastline. The villa is set in fab location within walking distance of the town (approx 20 mins) and a short few minute walk to the beach! There are some nice bars and places to eat closeby or alternatively masses of great restaurants to choose from in Nerja. Mari, the owner was so helpful right from the time of booking and in addition Alix the manager on ground couldn't have been more lovely! All in all, the best first family holiday we could have wished for!

Fantastic!

This property is beautiful, well maintained, great location and allowed us to have one of the best holidays, ever!

The views are spectacular and the roof terrace is perfect for relaxing with a good book and and chilled Rioja :-)

If you want to venture into town its a 20 minute stroll but well worth it, quite traditional with some lovely bars and restaurants. The beach is a five minut walk with a seculded cove and bar/restaurant.

All in all a wonderful place we will definately be back and highly recommend this villa. Thanks Mari, Garry, and Barry and Liz and team from the management company x Louise and Sharon, Northern Ireland

Nerja is a unique coastal town which still has an 80% Spanish population. Its laws are such that developers are not allowed to build over a certain height, keeping it non-commercialised and charmingly authentic. The whitewashed, pedestrianised and cobble-stoned streets meander their way past the many small craft, artistic and local produce shops, where you will thoroughly enjoy strolling at your leisure. Nerja is famous firstly for, the palm fringed, 'Balcon de Europa' (balcony of Europe) which is apparently, the only balcony into the Mediterranean sea and has beautifully, breathtaking, panoramic views of the whole coastline and the mountains. It is located in the town of Nerja and is lined with cafes, restaurants, craft shops etc. Well worth a visit!

Secondly for, Cueva de Nerja (the caves of Nerja) discovered many years ago by a local young boy while playing, these caves are like something you would imagine from Tolkiens, 'Lord of the Rings'. An amazing discovery!

Golf: Many people in Nerja go to the nearest golf course in Velez Malaga approx 12 miles/18kms/15 mins away and very easily accessed via motorway. Some clubs will require your handicap certificate

Ski: Skiing is very popular in the Sierra Nevada mountain range which is approx 1 hour 30 minutes drive away.
