A beautiful original Spanish 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town house with truly breathtaking open sea and mountain views from two sea facing terraces and a big roof terrace 0f 40 sqm, situated on the lovely Punta Lara estate with great communal pool (with Lifeguard in season) including children's splash pool and snack bars/restaurants. Fully furnished accommodation available for both short holiday lets and long term rentals, please ask for detail of discounts on longer lets.

THE HOUSE

Living Room:

Lounge with two 3 seater sofas, one being a double sofa bed. TV/DVD, there is a package to include some sky movies and some sky sports and news channels, plus normal TV. Terrace (12 sqm) with outside seating for 6, stunning sea/mountain views via patio doors. Air-conditioning unit.

Kitchen:

Modern fitted white open plan kitchen with large fridge freezer, washer, oven/hob/hood. Microwave, fully furnished with all usual kettles/toasters/pot/pans/cutlery etc.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobes and dressing table, bed side cabinets. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, draws and cabinets. The lounge has a sofa bed for additional sleeping if necessary. Master bedroom has a large terrace offering sun bathing.

Bathrooms:

Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower over second one with double sized shower stall, both with wc's and vanity cupboards. Master bed has the lower floor air-con unit.

Accessibility

The house is accessed via stairs from the parking area. Wheel chair users will not find this type of property suitable.

Outside

Two terraces, one on each floor with open sea and mountain views. Outside seating for 6 on the first floor terrace, two sun loungers on the ground floor terrace. Big roof terrace (40 sqm) with splendid vieuws over the sea and mountains. Ideal for a glas of whine in the evening and/or a BBQ.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

The property is cleaned before any guests arrive. Hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and all usual bedding required is supplied.

Punta Lara is an attractive modern urbanisation built in traditional Spanish style with whitewashed buildings set in beautifully landscaped streets and gardens. The urbanisation offers visitors shops, bars and restaurants and communal pools as well as fabulous views of the Mediterranean and the nearby mountains.

The nearest beach is ‘Playazo’, a 5 to 10 minute walk from the townhouse. There are several beach front restaurants and bars here and it is the longest beach in Nerja. You can walk along the beach to reach the town of Nerja or catch a bus on the main road below Punta Lara.

Nerja town centre has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.

I would highly recommend a stay here, balcony view is amazing!

I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely house. My friend Taff and I stayed here for 10 days in September and it was just perfect for us it has everything you need great views, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine, beach towels & fully equipped kitchen. The decor is nice and it was clean and tidy. The balcony view over Punta Lara and Nerja from the lounge is particularly amazing and we spent most mornings and evenings sat there with a glass of Sangria with our music on! We had a few minor issues with the wifi internet connection but the owner Ben was really helpful and we resolved it. The pool was lovely and the standard of the food at Punta Bar near the apartment and the Oasis bar by pool was very good would recommend to eat here, everyone was really friendly, there was a community feel and you feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again. There is also really good little shop too for groceries by Punta Lara beach and the Marinas de Nerja about 15 min walk from apartment which was handy. The apartment is on a slight hill so if you have any mobility issues could be difficult walking back up there but taxis back from Nerja are reasonably priced.

Ferienhaus mit phantastischem Blick

Das Reihenhaus liegt ca 3km von der Innenstadt Nerja entfernt in einem Wohngebiet am Hang und hat 2 Etagen und 1 Dachterrasse. EG 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Kammer und kleinerer Balkon. 1.OG 1 Wohnzimmer mit großer offener Küche, 1 Badezimmer und einem großen Balkon mit schönen Balkonmöbeln, einer Markise zum Sonnenschutz und phantastischer Aussicht zum Meer. Eine Wendeltreppe führt von dort zur Dachterrasse mit 2 Liegen und großer Sitzecke für 6 Personen. War uns aber bei 32 Grad zu warm. Parkplatz zu finden kein Problem. Unterkunft sehr sauber mit allem was nötig (Fön, Badehandtücher, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm...), vollausgestattete Küche. Einzig die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Poolanlage über die Straße und mehrere Treppen schnell zu erreichen, Liegen für 3€ erhältlich, sehr gepflegt, mit Kiosk und netter Gaststätte El Oasis, die wir mehrfach abends besucht haben. Lecker und preisgünstig. Weg zum und vor allem vom Strand aufgrund der Hanglage etwas beschwerlich. Strand grau und steinig. Innenstadt von Nerja viel Fußgängerzonen mit tollen Tappasbars, Shops und Restaurants.
