About this property

Located at km 40,5 of the Raposo Tavares Highway, 16,000 m2 site surrounded by high walls, with access to 800 meters of the RaposoTavares Highway on unpaved terrain. It is 5 km from the center of Vargem Grande Paulista, on the side of Haras Bela Vista, 10 km from Cotia and 15 km from Granja Viana. Close to the Ski Montain Park in São Roque and easy access to Catarina Outlet on the Castelo Branco Highway. Leisure area complete with 2 kiosks with grills in the upper wing, dry sauna with attached bathroom at the bottom of the pool. At the Upper Wing Kiosk we have VIDEÔKE with folder and countless lyrics for entertainment of guests and guests.
The main house is composed of 6 bedrooms and 5 suites, 2 living rooms, 1 w / fireplace to warm in winter and the other with SKY TV, 1 dining room, 1 half bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, garage available for up to 20 cars. INCRÍVEL

Nós simplesmente adoramos cada dia hospedado. Todo o espaço foi feito com muito cuidado e amor. É delicioso sentir os raios de sol e o vento circular por todo o ambiente, pois traz a paz e tranquilidade que os dias caóticos de trabalho tiram nós. O sítio é mega preparado para todas as ocasiões, pois é super bem equipado. Minha família e eu buscávamos paz em meio às frustrações da pandemia e o sítio nos trouxe tudo isso e muito mais. O desejo de voltar é reflexo da ótima experiência que tivemos e por esse motivo recomendo a todos.

Locação Sítio Unique

Gostamos bastante da casa. Ampla, organizada e limpa. A área de churrasco no quiosque superior precisa de alguns reparos (armários), mas nada que comprometessem nossa diversão. Os caseiros são super cordiais. Com certeza voltaremos e indico para quem quer curtir com a família .

Nota 10!

Depois de um ano inteiro separados por causa da pandemia, minha família resolveu se encontrar em segurança para uma semana de férias e não poderíamos ter escolhido um lugar melhor do que o sítio Sadalla. O local é extremamente bem cuidado, bem equipado e limpo. A proprietária, Simone, desde o primeiro contato foi extremamente gentil e solícita, prestando um atendimento impecável. Cristoval, o caseiro, foi muito prestativo e nos ofereceu todo o suporte necessário. Recebemos o suporte de uma funcionária terceirizada, Vilma, indicada pelo casal de caseiros, que cuidou de tudo para que pudéssemos descansar. Muito simpática, prestativa e competente. A piscina, o karaoke, churrasqueira, forno de pizza; tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Recomendo a todos que queiram passar dias agradáveis e felizes.

LOCAÇÃO SENSACIONAL

Alugamos o Sitio Sadalla para comemorarmos o aniversario de minha filha em família e foi tudo ótimo. O grupo todo gostou muito do imóvel, bastante amplo, limpeza impecável, sitio muito bem conservado pelos caseiros que diga-se de passagem são extremamente prestativos. Certamente voltaremos a fazer novas locações.

Sensacional

Alugamos o Sítio Sadalla para um reunião de amigos e foi sensacional, todos amaram as dependências do local, a limpeza da casa, o cuidado do funcionários do sítio, a qualidade dos móveis da casa, conservação da piscina e áreas de churrasco. Voltaremos com toda a certeza!
